Sunny Zandvoort is really great

We couldn't have chosen better. Price-performance ratio is good. Small but quiet, clean, and has everything you need. Hosts very friendly. Good location. Shopping facilities opposite and the beach around the corner. We will definitely go back there if we are in the area again.

Great accommodation, superb location, and friendly hosts.

A great accommodation in Zandvoort! The location is ideal - beach, supermarket, and village with shops for browsing and dining options - Nothing is further than a 5-minute walk away. The Leeuwen family is always very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a stay. We always like to come back! :)

Super Zimmer

We spent a long weekend in the accommodation and were more than satisfied. The landlords are totally friendly and nice, and you can contact them at any time with questions. Everything was super clean and also regularly cleaned, the service was great (coffee and tea in the room, for example), the beach is practically at the doorstep, and a supermarket is also diagonally across the street. The train station can also be reached in under 5 minutes, from there you can go to Haarlem or Amsterdam every 30 minutes throughout the day. The perfect room if you want to combine beach and city tours. I would gladly book the room again at any time. Thumbs up all around. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch.

Again and again with pleasure

Nice clean and inexpensive accommodation.
Mrs Leuwen is very nice.
The only drawback is that there is only one German channel, but you can survive it and I personally found it a bit disturbing that the toilet is very narrow, there is no washbasin to wash your hands and no sanitary unit. You can only wash your hands in the room or in the bathroom. Maybe that could be changed.

Otherwise everything is top we will definitely come again

super nice short vacation

Zandvoort is so beautifully idyllic, the accommodation is very central and beautiful, the sun shines almost all day on the balcony where you can also relax very well, the landlords are extremely nice and available daily if anything should be needed. The room is also cleaned daily.

Simply perfect!

Nice location in city centre, 5 stars customer service provided by owners, awesome beach 100m from the house also supermarket and restaurants are not far (lets say 50m), reasoable accomodation price, luxury showers, ... have nothing bad to say.

Many, heartfelt thanks for the wonderful days we were able to spend under your roof once again :)
As always, we were warmly and kindly welcomed by Marianne and her family, and everything was just perfect as usual.
Due to the central location, you are provided with everything your heart desires with just a few steps to the supermarket. You can also quickly walk to the idyllic town center of Zandvoort, as well as reach our beloved, beautiful sea and beach of Zandvoort in a minute on foot. The sea and the beach of Zandvoort are simply beautiful, and even in autumn or winter, this wonderful place, with its equally wonderful residents, is always worth a visit. All in all great!

- You can communicate very well with the owners in German
- The offered parking lot is unfortunately about 1 km away, but also very cheap, the parking spaces in front of the house cost 2.50€ per hour, 10€ for 5 hours, and around 20€ for a day ticket
- Supermarket is directly across the street
- Beach very, very close
- Shopping street directly nearby
- Smoking is allowed on the balcony
- Bed is very comfortable, but slides apart easily
- Sufficient plates and cutlery are available, but deep plates/soup bowls are missing
- In the morning, you can smell the sea from the balcony
- Beautiful view from the balcony
- The house is very noisy, you can hear shower noises and toilet visits throughout the whole floor, also some conversations in other rooms and every step All in all, we are very satisfied, thank you ☺️

Great vacation for a small price.

The van Leeuwen family is very friendly and helpful. The room is fully functional and very clean. The use of the toilet and bathroom is shared with other guests. Both are located in the hallway and have always been hygienically clean. The location of the house is excellent for exploring Zandvoort in all its beauty. We definitely recommend the accommodation and are looking forward to our next visit.

All great!

It was the first, but not the last time :). We had a very nice room, bright and friendly, with a small balcony and a beautiful view. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom with a shower cabin was very modern and large, everything was very clean, fresh towels were provided every day as needed, very nice hosts, we will come back!

Relaxing vacation days

The accommodation is very clean, the room with a balcony offers a beautiful view over the old town. Unfortunately, the whole week was rainy and one wishes for a bit more variety in the TV channels - only ZDF is a bit too little. The shared bathroom and toilet were not a problem, as everything was cleaned daily. However, the room is located opposite the toilet, which is less convenient. This makes the nights very restless. Somebody was constantly going to the toilet, and listening to the noises in the bathroom is less pleasant.

Entspannte Tage

Super friendly and very clean. Rooms are well equipped and the location is top-notch. Just a few minutes to the city center and only a few steps to the beach. Shopping facilities directly opposite. We will come back.

Perfect for those who do not need catering.

The guesthouse was very cozy. The rooms are also very nice, especially the beds (slept like a log). The only problem was that there was only one German channel (ZDF), which is strange considering that only Germans stayed there during our visit. Otherwise, sharing the bathroom at the beginning was a bit unusual, but you get used to it quickly, and everything was always clean.

I spent a few days in Zandvoort with a friend. The attic room was very clean and cozy, furnished with a TV, double bed with nightstands, sink with cabinet below, refrigerator, breakfast table, wardrobe, couch, and large windows overlooking the city below but above the rooftops. Towels were changed daily. Despite occasional rain and wind, as well as sunshine, everything you need in the area is available, such as restaurants, shops, and the beach. 50m distance to the beach, 50m to the shopping street as well as restaurants and arcades.
Toilet and bathroom one floor below, but had no problem with that. All in all, we liked it very very very much +++ and would definitely come back. Thank you for that, M. van Leeuwen and your husband.

Small cozy guesthouse near the beach

The guesthouse is very centrally located and close to the beach. You can reach everything easily on foot. The rooms, shower, and toilet were very clean and lovingly decorated. The landlady herself was also very nice. For a short vacation, this accommodation can definitely be recommended. Price-performance ratio was great.

Very satisfied!

Great location, only about 5 minutes to the beach and shops. There is a supermarket (Dirk) directly across the street.
Bathroom and toilet always clean. It was not a problem to share them with other travelers.
Beds very comfortable, we slept really well.

Short vacation Super relaxation

The location is great, everything is within walking distance, the beach is right outside the door. The room is nicely and cozy furnished, what I would have wished for maybe would be vacuuming during a 4-day stay. Fresh towels are provided every day. It's also not a problem if you come with your car. I would love to visit and book the holiday house again :)

Empfehlenswerte Pension

I spent Pentecost with my boyfriend at Pension Sunnyzandvoort. The location is perfect - the city and the beach are both just a few minutes away. A supermarket is located right across the street, the room is very clean, well-maintained, and modern. The housekeeper was always available to answer any questions. We felt very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Sunny Zandvoort

Beautiful, spacious rooms with private sink. Very modern toilet and shower on the corridor. Very nice landlady. A big advantage is the central location. Shopping directly opposite. Beach and city a maximum of 5 minutes on foot. If you don't mind the shared shower/toilet, I can only recommend this house. I will definitely go there again.

I spent a long weekend in Zandvoort with a friend and we were very impressed with our accommodation. A very cozy room, spotlessly clean, and excellent service (breakfast at 9:00 am in the room). Everything you need (beach/city) is very quickly accessible on foot. Separate toilet and bathroom. The fact that these are in the corridor didn't bother us at all. We really enjoyed it and will definitely come back...

After complaint, the ad was changed.

Well, at least the complaint has achieved something. When we booked, a holiday apartment of 50 m2 was offered. However, it was not disclosed that this was divided into 4 rooms and all rented separately. The "kitchen" consists of a small fridge the size of a cooler box. At least 10 people share 1 toilet without a window and a sink, as well as a shower. Very poorly soundproofed, the family with children in the neighboring room were coughing, and at 5 in the morning, at least 2 had diarrhea, everything was audible. My impression: making as much money as possible with as little space as possible, strictly adhering to the economic principle. PS: we left early and preferred to spend the night at home.
