Quietly located holiday flats in a residential street.
From our house, it is about 100 m to the harbour, which is located on the Bodden, and about 10 minutes' walk to the Baltic Sea beach
On the promenade, which starts at our harbour and leads to the pier on the Baltic Sea, you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, boutiques and souvenir shops.
Supermarkets, bakers and butchers are in the immediate vicinity and within easy walking distance.
We look forward to your visit!
The Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst, lapped by the waters of the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, situated in the middle of the national park, on wide, stone-free sandy beaches and endless reed belts of the Bodden, that's where our holiday flats are located on a plot of approx. 1000 sqm.
In spring and autumn, you will be woken up by the calls of the cranes lingering here.

Plenty of space, but partially poor equipment.
We booked this apartment for two families, each with three young children. The website explicitly states as a feature "children welcome." However, during the apartment tour, the on-site property manager reprimanded our children to be quiet and not disturb the neighbors. Unfortunately, the apartment is poorly insulated, so not only every step but also every chair movement can be heard in the apartments below. Vacationing with young children there can sometimes turn into stress. :-)
In general, the landlady also reacted to inquiries, e.g., regarding the possibility to do laundry, more problem-oriented than accommodating. It is worth mentioning positively that the washing machine was eventually available for free use!
The two bathrooms are really nice and also very large. The bedrooms are also a good size and have enough space in the closets, etc. Unfortunately, not all rooms have the possibility to darken them adequately. We managed with trash bags or aluminum foil.
The living and dining room is also nice and spacious with plenty of storage space, and especially at the large dining table, everyone finds a good place.
The kitchen is relatively large for a vacation rental. Unfortunately, we found it to be really poorly equipped for an apartment that should accommodate up to 12 people. We had to ask for more water glasses first, and there were plenty of pots and 2 pans, but no baking dish for the oven, only a spatula and a cooking spoon, a very rusty grater. . .
The apartment initially appeared clean visually. While unpacking our things, we found partially used food in the freezer, sealed rolls from 2017 on the fridge, and two dried out rolls. In the cupboards, there was an empty condom and beer packaging...
We would still recommend the apartment, but not for children our age (1-7 years) - unless they are barefoot Indians.
