Description
Welcome to our holiday home in the North Sea resort of Neßmersiel. Enjoy your well-deserved holiday in our bright, friendly and lovingly furnished corner house.
The living and dining area is bright with a view of the garden.
In the kitchen, which is separated from the dining and living area, with high-quality equipment such as cooker, oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, egg boiler, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc., you will certainly not miss anything
The bright living and dining room is tastefully furnished with colour LCD TV, DVD player and music system with CD player
Furthermore, there are some board games and a small selection of books available.

On the ground floor there is a newly renovated shower/bathroom and a storage room with a coin-operated washing machine.
On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with roller shutters. The rooms are covered with laminate flooring. One bedroom has a double bed. The other bedroom has two separate beds. A children's travel bed is available.
All beds are equipped with new mattresses.
In the garden with terrace, garden house, barbecue, sun loungers and sufficient garden furniture invites to relaxed and cosy barbecues and lingering.
A parking space is available at the house.

Our house is located directly in a quiet holiday settlement.
The beach and the harbour for the ferry to Baltrum are approx. 1.8 km away
Children's playground, football field and small supermarket are within 250m walking distance
For bad weather, the Sturmfrei with wellness and sauna area is available in Nessmersiel in 500m walking distance. It offers multifunctional sports areas, open experience gastronomy with show cooking, mini bowling, climbing wall , cinema, animation programmes for adults and children, spa administration ..
Neßmersiel is an ideal starting point for mudflat walks Neßmersiel is a state-recognised North Sea coastal bathing resort and belongs to the municipality of Dornum. Here you can still find peace and relaxation away from the usual tourist hustle and bustle.
The smallest seaside resort offers a wide range of leisure activities for families and those seeking relaxation. The 3000 sqm indoor play park Sturmfrei for kids from 3 to 15 years has almost everything that makes children's hearts beat faster: Climbing castles, trampolines, climbing wall, mini bowling alley, Nintendo Wii, Singstar, internet terminals, adventure cinema, toddler area.
Next door is the paddle and pedal station. Explore the canals and surroundings with canoes and/or bicycles - great leisure fun!
Afterwards, let yourself be pampered in the wellness oasis with a relaxing massage or wonderfully scented sauna infusions.
There is an approx. m² bathing beach with beach chairs and playground equipment. From here you have a breathtaking view all the way to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.
Lean back and take in the wonderful view - this is what the viewing platform at the harbour, approx. 1.5 km away, entices you to do with a magnificent panoramic view of the North Sea and the East Frisian islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog
By the way, most of the mudflat walks to the islands start from here
Shopping facilities in Neßmersiel include an Edeka shop with a bakery about 250 m away on foot, as well as Edeka, Aldi, Netto, Lidl, Combi etc. in the neighbouring villages of Dornum and Hage.
There are several restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity for your physical well-being.

Short holiday
We were there at the weekend in the holiday home. Everything was great. For a few days/weekend it is enough for 2 dogs and 4 adults. For longer it would be a bit too cramped for us.
The location was ok. You had to drive a lot to get somewhere.
But all in all it was ? good.

Simply great!
The vacation rental was exactly as described, modernly furnished and fully equipped.
The way to the beach and to the nearest shopping opportunity is easily manageable.

Top Ferienhaus
Hello
We have already stayed in several vacation rentals, and this one was the best. It lacks nothing with WiFi throughout the house, a fixed phone connection in the apartment. Very clean and cozy, and what can we say, almost like home. Top-notch, thank you Frau Fey for the pleasant contact.
