Family / group accommodation for 8 to 12 people on the 1st and 2nd floor of a rustic wooden house from the 17th century. Our house was run as a bed and breakfast for two generations. Since Christmas 2014, we have rented out the two upper floors as a residential unit for self-catering groups. The ground floor continues to be occupied by the landlords.
Cosily furnished rooms with a magnificent view of the Walser mountains. The double and triple rooms are all equipped with hot running water. Shower or bath and toilets are located on the floors.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker with ceramic hob and oven, sink and dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine and kettle.
In the lounge in the cosy wooden parlour, two large round tables offer space not only for eating but also for socialising. Various social games are also part of the equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
Our guesthouse is situated in a quiet location in Mittelberg/Kleinwalsertal in the district of Höfle. Situated at the foot of the Kuhgehren and the beginning of the Wildental, it is an ideal starting point for hikes.
A large sun terrace and a playground are available to all guests in front of the house. Sufficient parking spaces are available.
The Wildental lift in front of our house invites you to skiing and tobogganing in winter. You can easily reach the other lifts of the Kleinwalsertal by ski bus. The bus stop is 5 minutes' walk or 1 minute's skiing away.
For groceries, there are various shopping possibilities nearby. Fresh cow's milk can be bought directly in the neighbouring stable. A small organic shop with homemade mountain cheese and ham is located in our village. There is a well-stocked Edeka in Bödmen. Drinks can be delivered. And if you don't want to cook, we have a very good restaurant in the neighbourhood, Gasthof Alpenblick.
