6-room holiday apartment on the ground floor with 2 double rooms, a 4-bed room, and a pull-out sofa bed in the Walser farmhouse parlor. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining area with access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower and bathtub, 2 separate toilets.
The ideal place for a quiet family holiday. Mountain railway ticket included from May to October.
Base price for 4 people 166 €/night. Each additional person 32 €/night. Children up to 14 years pay 22 €/night. A baby cot is provided free of charge; the visitor’s tax of €4.40/day/person from 14 years is not included in the price.

Location and surroundings of object
In the Kleinwalsertal - one of the most beautiful mountain valleys in the Northern Alps - the holiday home of Helma and Reinhard Schuster is located in the Riezlern district of Schwende, in the Klausenwald, on a hill with a fantastic view of the Kleinwalsertal and Allgäu mountain peaks. Riezlern in Kleinwalsertal is a summer and winter sports area. Beautiful mountains and meadow landscapes delight the eye of the beholder. In summer you can hike near a stream, halfway up or in summit regions. Cycling is a pleasure from the house. In Riezlern there is a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with slide.
In winter you are near the Schwendeloipe and the winter hiking trail
Bus stop of the Walserbus-Nebenlinie 2 Schwende - the bus stop is directly in front of the house.
With the "mountain railway ticket included" you can use 8 lifts in the region as often as you like.

Well-maintained and with a lot of attention to detail
A well-maintained and very clean holiday apartment, which, thanks to the very friendly landlords, contributed to a relaxing vacation. Parking right in front of the door, everything on the ground floor, top. The view is unique. Plenty of space throughout the apartment.
We would love to come back!

Delightful homely stay
We celebrated the winter sports/Christmas holidays with our family (of 5) in this house. The house is very spacious, wonderfully warm, and cozy. 3 spacious bedrooms, a large living room with a view of the beautiful mountains. The kitchen is also very complete and has a seating area as well. The bathroom is very spacious with a lovely shower and bath, not to mention underfloor heating. We mainly used the living/dining room. The children could sled down the slopes before and/or after skiing. The bus stop to the ski slope is right in front of the house (just make sure to check the times).
In short, if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet in addition to skiing, this is the place to be.

Everything is great!
The apartment is very spacious and super clean. There is a bus stop outside the door to the center, but you can't hear the bus inside. The location is fantastic. There are already beautiful walks from the house. The authentic living room is truly unique and inviting to stay. This was our third stay in this apartment and we will definitely repeat it. An absolute must.
