Description
The vacation home has a living area of about 90m² and was completed in 1998 in solid construction and furnished with much love and joy. The house offers space for 6 people on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a bunk bed room and a large living / dining room with open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, gas stove, dishwasher, toaster, egg boiler, coffee maker and with all dishes, plates, cups, cutlery for at least 6 people. The living room is furnished with a two-seater and a three-seater couch, satellite TV, stereo. In the storeroom there is a vacuum cleaner, washing machine and gas central heating. In the hallway area under the stairs is the guest toilet. Also in the entrance area, just to the right of the front door is the utility closet with electricity meter, gas meter and water meter. The bathroom with shower and bathtub is located on the upper floor and two more bedrooms of which 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with 2 separate beds. Stair gates, high chair, crib for the little guests are part of the inventory. The garden house for storing your bicycles, garden furniture with a large parasol belong to the complex. A car parking space directly at the house on the fenced property. The vacation home is fully equipped and offers you a lot of comfort.

The house is located in a vacation park in Breskens, a fishing village on the Scheldt estuary with fishing port and marina. The village has been modernized and redesigned for holidaymakers - but still has charm. Here you can find everything you need to feel comfortable. Stores for shopping, restaurants for fine dining, supermarkets for self-catering. The long beaches around Breskens invite you to stay with many beach pavilions. Here you can drink a neat Heiniken or enjoy the sunset at Pannekoek. The neighboring nature reserve Waterdunen offers many opportunities for observation of migratory birds. There are numerous hiking and biking trails - also directly along the beach on the dunes. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the extensive sandy beach. Even in summer it is not crowded.

Very nice vacation.
this vacation home is recommended. Everything was available and very clean. We felt very well taken care of. I was very happy about the bicycle that we were allowed to use. Everything was as described. Thank you very much for a really nice and relaxing stay.

Beautiful well-maintained holiday home by the sea
The holiday house and the garden are very well maintained (upon arrival, the lawn and hedge were freshly cut, which immediately put us in vacation mood).
For us, it was the perfect holiday home right away, as the property is properly fenced all around (about 1.35 m) and the garden has the perfect size.
Inside the house, we didn't miss anything and the rooms are spacious as well. The holiday home itself is located in a quiet park, with gastronomy, a small grocery store, bike rental, swimming pool, and a bowling alley. The clean and spacious beach with a lighthouse was only a 10-minute walk away, and we reached the newly landscaped Waterdunen in 5 minutes. The provided shopping bike (with a basket) was a hit, so I could ride every morning to get our fresh bread, croissants, and freshly squeezed orange juice from the Jumbo.
The Hepp family as landlords is very nice and always available, and they provided us with great excursion information.
The impeccable condition of the house shows that the Hepp family takes vacations there several times a year.
Absolutely recommendable! We have already booked for next year and are looking forward to nice weather and beach walks with our four-legged friend Balou :-)

1 week for four people with 2 dogs :)
We had a nice stay. Everything was clean and had everything you need for everyday life.
The dogs had fun in the large garden. For walks, you could reach a beautiful meadow path in 2 minutes, and the beach was only 10 minutes away.
Ideal with a guest toilet for 4 people. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the parking, one at the house and others right in front, were great because we arrived with 2 cars. We will gladly come back :) Thank you very much!

We are an older couple. Our children have left home. We have 2 great grandchildren, both girls, studied by the elderly in the Netherlands. The younger goes to high school in Düren. While we are fit we take care of the house so feel our holiday guests well. Later our daughter Sandra and our son Peter will take over the house and carry on. We are always happy when guests are interested in our house and rent. We strive to the house to take good care and to obtain the value. This seems to us to succeed if you want to believe the entries in the guest books in the property. Why not ?
