Our 4-persons summerhouse with 3 stars is on the south of the village 50 m. from the dunes and 150 m. from the beach.
The summerhouse is behind our own cornerhouse and has a long 10 m. garden with separated gate. On the comfortable terras you can sit on summerchairs under a parasol.
he modern summerhouse has 2 floors with central heating.
On the ground floor there is a hall with separate toilet and shower.
There is also a open plan living, dining and kitchen with open stairs
to the first floor. The kitchen is well appointed and has a color
TV with cable and a radio/CD/DVD-player. The dining area has a
leather sofa and 3 leather chairs. In the dining area is a dining table
with 4 chairs. First floor: Stairs from ground floor to the first open
bedroom with 2 single beds, wash basin (hot/cold water). Door to
second master bedroom with a large double bed. All with bedding
and lining. In the garden you have a comfortable terras with
gardentable, chairs+cushions and a separate entrance and
bikestorage.

village-centre. Egmond aan Zee is a village in the middle of the dunes. Situated directly on the sea, it is a paradise for sun worshippers, hikers and bicycles. Those who have visited the Egmonds will return time and again. There are plenty of activities for young and old. The former fishing village is hospitable and pleasant. Stroll past the stores and terraces to the lighthouse and boulevard and see the sun disappear into the sea. Wander across the coastal strip to the sheltered sand paths and the surrounding dunes and look for the way back.
Even in the high season, the peace and tranquility of the dunes is never far away and you can come to our cozy village during any season for a \'get away from it all\' weekend or a whole week of rest and relaxation. Egmond aan Zee is, of course, known for its freely accessible beach. The sandy beach is one of the nicest beaches in the Netherlands and forms a natural entity with the village. The air is pure and the sun shines often here.

Egmond aan Zee is a small village in the middle of the dunes. Located on the seafront, it is a paradise for sunbathers, walkers and cyclists. Anyone who has ever been to the Egmonden, comes again and again. There is plenty to do for both young and old. The former fishing village is hospitable and comfortable. Take a leisurely stroll past the small shops and cafes to the lighthouse and the boulevard and watch the sun sink into the sea. Stroll through the dune belt to one of the protected sandy trails in the area and look for the way back.
Even in high season, the tranquility and silence of the dunes is never far away and in all seasons you will find with us what you need for a wonderful weekend or for a whole week of relaxation in our tranquil village. Egmond aan Zee is of course known for its freely accessible beach. The sandy beach is certainly one of the most beautiful in the Netherlands and forms a natural whole with the village. The air is wonderfully clean and the sun shines frequently.

Welcome to Zomerhuis-Rita! We would like to introduce ourselves: We are Jan and Rita and live in Egmond aan Zee. Our interest has always been to do something with tourists and rent and the opportunity is here. And thus we prepare with much pleasure.
