The living and dining room is furnished with a dining area for 4 people, a 2-seater and a 3-seater leather couch, a coffee table, an armchair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The living and dining room is laid out with PVC flooring in laminate look. A flat screen TV and a mini stereo system with CD player are available for entertainment.
1. Bedroom
The modern bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and has a laminate-look PVC floor. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x 90x200cm) and a wardrobe. The skylight can be darkened by a roller blind.
2. Bedroom, top floor
The separate bedroom or children's room is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached via a spiral staircase. The spacious room is furnished with a double bed (2x 80x200cm), a chest of drawers and a desk. The room has a PVC floor with a laminate look. The skylights can be darkened by internal blinds.
Kitchen
Modern, fully equipped kitchen open to the living and dining room with 4 ring electric hob with oven, fridge with small 3-star freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
Bathroom
Modern, brightly tiled daylight bathroom with bathtub, WC and washbasin.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in Blankwasserweg close to the beach. The centre of Grömitz and the pier can be reached in about 10 minutes. Due to the proximity to the beach you can easily go to the flat in between. Shopping facilities such as a SKY supermarket and ALDI are in the immediate vicinity.
The brand new high ropes course at Lenster Strand is also not far away.
Bicycle hire is only 200 metres away. Grömitz is not only the largest seaside resort on the Baltic Sea, but also one of the most attractive. Not only because it lies on the sunny side of the Bay of Lübeck.
8 kilometres of beach, 3000 beach chairs, the longest pier on the Baltic Sea (400m), a 3.5 kilometre long promenade for strolling. 2 demarcated dog beaches, our large nudist beach (Sonnenland) is also one of the most beautiful and largest natural beaches in the Bay of Lübeck
Cosy pubs, sophisticated restaurants, discos and cafés await the adventurous guest, while the numerous boutiques invite you to go shopping.
