Description
The 2-room flat is located in the basement (on a slope) in our detached house. It offers space for at least 2 people for carefree holidays. An extra bed is possible. The flat has a living room with open kitchen and direct access to the terrace/garden, a bedroom, a bathroom and a small hallway. The flat can be reached separately via a staircase. The living room with kitchen and the bathroom have underfloor heating. A wood-burning stove provides additional cosy warmth. The seating areas on the terrace and in the garden are equipped with garden furniture and invite you to relax. A barbecue and a fire bowl are available. Holiday guests will find a parking space near our property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located west of Dresden on the Tharandt Forest. Enjoy the idyllic tranquillity on site or start excursions from here to nearby Dresden, which is easy to reach.
There is a bakery in the village. There is also a direct bus connection to the city of Freital.
Shopping facilities, savings bank branches and doctors can be found about 5 km away in the town of Tharandt or in the district of Kesselsdorf. Several inns are located in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by car. Kleinopitz is a district of the town of Wilsdruff with about 500 inhabitants and has kept its rural character. Thanks to the good transport connections and the central location, the village is the starting point for excursions to Dresden, Meißen, Freiberg, Saxon Switzerland or the Ore Mountains. But there is also good hiking and cycling in the immediate vicinity. In winter, the Tharandt Forest invites you to go cross-country skiing or on winter walks. The nearest town is Tharandt. Here there is a P+R car park with a connection to the S-Bahn to Dresden. There is also a P+R in Gompitz (on the outskirts of Dresden West, approx. 9 km from Kleinopitz). From here you can reach Dresden by tram or bus.

The flat is lovingly furnished. Even with higher temperatures outside, the flat had a pleasant temperature inside. We felt at home. The landlord was very obliging and helpful.
