Our holiday home is approx. 30 m2 in size. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with 2 beds, a couch and wardrobe, as well as shower and toilet. The living room is equipped with a couch corner, table and seating for 3 people, Wi-Fi, TV and radio. The kitchenette has 2 hotplates, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, microwave and crockery.
On the terrace, garden furniture invites you to relax
A parking space is available.
The swimming pool in the garden can be used for a short refreshment.
A linen package (bed linen, towels, tea towels) can be booked for a small extra charge.
Energy, water and final cleaning are included in the price.
There is a good bakery in the village.

Kleinopitz is located to the west of Dresden. From here you can reach the city centre of Dresden by car in approx. 25 min.
or the wine town of Meissen or the beginnings of the Osterzgebirge. Saxon Switzerland is about 3/4 of an hour's drive away.
