Description
The modern, medium standard furnished holiday flat consists of two large bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette with satellite TV, hallway, entrance area and a daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub/toilet.
The flat has a size of 80 m² and is located on the first floor. The flat is designed for 7 people and can be used by a maximum of 9 people. In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool which can be used in summer at your own risk.
An adjoining covered terrace with a small barbecue and a second terrace with a fireplace barbecue can also be used.
The apartment building consists of 7 self-contained flats.

The holiday flat is located on the northern outskirts of Leipzig. It is located in a quiet side street, in the old village centre of Leipzig/Thekla, which still has a village character in parts.
In the area of 500 m you can visit old farms and the river landscape of the Pahte.
There are several bus lines and a tram within walking distance to public transport.
The house is close to the new trade fair, BMW and Porsche production. The nearest motorway connections are approx. 2 - 3 km away.

Business trip in Leipzig
We were in Leipzig for a week on a business trip. The location in the north of Leipzig was particularly outstanding. The briefing, support and service were good. Even without a car, we were well connected to public transport.

Nice house in a landscape conservation area
We, 2 adults - 2 children. - 1 dog, felt very comfortable in this house, which is quietly located in the countryside.
The transport connection to the centre is very good. A large shopping centre is within walking distance.
The Leipzig lake district is only a few kilometres away - an ideal complement to Leipzig's diverse cultural offerings. The very nice landlord "provided" us with insider tips - to be recommended without reservation.

Friendly house
A lot of space and a quiet area is what we have found. Located on the outskirts of Leipzig, but with bus and tram connections, everything in Leipzig is also accessible without a car. The lakes in the surrounding area are ideal for hiking.
