Description
With a wonderful view of the Wildbarren, we welcome you to our 2 room flat. The Bergschlössl is situated on a hill, in a quiet cul-de-sac. You can reach the mountain railway in just a few minutes, and the centre of the village in about 10 minutes. From the house you can explore the mountain landscape.
We have redesigned the flat for 2-3 people with a love of detail.
Living-dining room with large TV, comfortable sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children.
Kitchenette :dishwasher,microwave,coffee maker,egg boiler,toaster,kettle
Bedroom: Additional TV ,comfort mattresses with topper,adjoining the new spacious walk in shower
Walk in shower, separate toilet.
Beautiful balcony with seating area and parasol.
Everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
Our flat has an absolutely quiet corner location in the house and is on the
in the attic, 2nd floor.
Bed linen and towels included.
For our little guests up to 2 years, we provide free of charge a high chair
High chair free of charge.
Baby cot with linen for a small fee.
Our contact person on site is there for you, for questions or other concerns,
so that you feel completely at ease.
If you arrive by train, we will pick you up from the station.

Oberaudorf - The Emperor's Kingdom:
Oberaudorf is not called one of the most beautiful mountain and holiday regions in the Alps for nothing. It is located about an hour south of Munich and about 8 km from Kufstein (Austria) and is worth a visit at any time of year: bathing lakes, hikers, walkers, skiers, snowboarders, mountain climbers
Nestled between Wildbarren and the Kaisergebirge, Zahme Kaiser and Wilder Kaiser, lies the still original, well-kept, pretty village of Oberaudorf.
Hospitality and friendliness are still very important here. Numerous restaurants invite you to dine, go for a stroll in the pleasant village centre or go to one of the numerous mountain pastures and enjoy the view - there is something for everyone.

Beautiful, lovingly furnished holiday flat where the price/performance ratio is just right. Wonderful location directly on the forest in tranquil Oberaudorf. There is plenty of peace and quiet, but if you want to experience more, you are welcome to do so. The surrounding area offers many possibilities. Excellent for a holiday with a dog. Professional handling, on-site support without any problems. Everything super.......we will be back!

Holiday in Upper Bavaria
a very nice holiday flat that has everything for a short or longer holiday. Even a fitness room for the big ones and a play area for the little ones. The surroundings and location are great. Oberaudorf is a nice place to stay and for activities as it is also close to the Austrian border (hiking, walking, skiing) We felt very comfortable here and will come again.

Holiday with dog
Due to the wonderful hillside location, you have an overview of Oberaudorf. The immediate vicinity of the forest is ideal for dog owners. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a balcony where we could enjoy the evening sun
The personal service on site (e.g. bread service) made us feel very comfortable

Simply great!
We were in this beautiful vacation rental with our baby in mid-February.
The building already makes a great impression from the outside. It is elevated and offers a wonderful view over Oberaudorf.
Apartment 28 is a highlight. When you enter, you immediately feel "at home". The attention to detail is evident in the furnishings and decorations. You don't miss anything, kettle, coffee machine, and a dishwasher, everything is there.
Excursion possibilities start right outside the front door (toboggan run, Hocheck, and more).
We had very nice days in the apartment and were sad that we were only there for a short time. But we will definitely come back!
