The detached stone house situated in secluded location on the outskirts of Montefiascone (district of Le Mosse), near the Italian neighborhood, facing towards the lake
It has a double bedroom, a living / bedroom with 2 sofa beds, fitted kitchen with gas and electric stove, dining area with closed loggia, natural stone bathroom with gas boiler and a fireplace. The house is a large stone terrace overlooking the lake.
Our guests appreciate the originality of the area far from mass tourism. Sometimes we also live even in this House. But we are pleased to also indulge guests with this dream location.

Casa Spinosa is located on the chestnut forest in the natural environment.
Only the access road to our other Casa Monte Felice leads past the house, otherwise it is situated undisturbed on the edge of the Italian neighborhood.
From the terrace you overlook the scenic lake with two islands and can undisturbed enjoy the sunset with a glass of Italian wine.
Good shopping and bar accessible in the immediate vicinity on foot. Shops and restaurants in town.
A parking lot is right at home Montefiascone has 12000 inhabitants and is situated in the Italian triangle Lazio-Umbria-Tuscany. The medieval city's skyline is dominated by the great dome of the Chiesa and from the Rocca dei Papi. The town lies on the edge of the crater of Lake Bolsena, a beautiful lake 14 km long and 12 km wide.
The area is dominated by olive groves, grape and Kastanienweldern. In the spring of light red poppy meadows.
From here you can discover Tuscany, trips to Rome, Viterbo or Orvieto, go to the sea (40 km) to the Etruscan excavations or Park by Nici de Saint Phalle. Only 5 km from the house there is the warm sulfur springs
