The house consists of: two bedrooms facing the lake, a bathroom with a shower cabin, living / dining room with fully equipped kitchenette ( 4 burns, dishwasher, microwave oven , Kofeemachine Krups ) The living room has direct access into the panoramic garden.
The holiday house Palma offers all comforts of modern life. Its thick walls offer silence, shade and a stable temperature all summer round ( around 22-23°C) without the need for air conditioning. In more, the lake's breeze and a natural ventilation (650m asl) assure low presence of mosquitos. Relaxation is guaranteed.

Lake Vico is ideal place to practice a water sports as swimming, sailing, surfing and fishing.
At a few minutes drive you can reach: Caprarola with the Palazzo Farnese, Bagnaia with the remarkable Renaissance Villa Lante ornamental park, Park of Monsters in real attraction is the vicinity of Rome and Vatican; easily accessible by bus, by train or by car to Saxa Rubra - subway (about 40km trip )
Viterbo, 16 minutes away, is the city with famous thermal sulphur springs. We reccommend to visit Tarquina, its Etruscan tombs, Archaeological Museum.

Welcome to our Family Panoramic Resort & Spa Villa La Paiola on Lake Vico (650 m above sea level). Take a seat in our spacious and comfortable houses with garden overlooking the lake and enjoy the splendid view of the natural reserve of Lake Vico in the area of the Cimini Mountains (860 m a.s.l.), in the area of the historical villas: Palazzo Farnese in Caprarola, Villa Lante in Bagnaia, The view you can enjoy is breathtaking from every corner of the property, while the surrounding nature is enveloping and gives a pleasant feeling of peace and tranquility. The nature of Lake Vico frames the panorama in front of the house. The property is located near the picturesque road historically known as Via Francigena, and can be reached from Rome via Via Cassia Bis in 50 minutes. From the entrance gate you will reach a true corner of paradise, where the view is truly incredible and will take your breath away! Unique landscape. We are waiting for you!
