We offer you a very beautiful, renovated, comfortable and non-smoking holiday home close to the beach
at the East Frisian North Sea coast in Norden - in a quiet location of a grown housing estate - with own beach chair on the terrace.
The holiday home (85 m²) is especially designed for families and allergy sufferers
The house has 4 sleeping possibilities (+ 1 child possible by 1 pull-out bed in the children's room or 1 sofa bed in the parents' bedroom) or baby cot.

The holiday home was renovated in May 2019 and lovingly furnished with a modern maritime flair,
to offer you even more comfort.
On the ground floor there is a guest WC, a storage room,
a spacious open kitchen and the adjoining living and dining area.
In the living room area, there is a designer fireplace in addition to the underfloor heating,
which provides cosy warmth in the colder seasons
The ground floor and both bathrooms have been newly laid with a Venyl design floor.
Furthermore, there is a leather upholstered set in the living room,
a swing chair with stool, books (novels, detective stories), board games for big and small,
Music system, 55 inch LED flat screen TV with SAT system,
DVD player and a solid wood living wall.
In the dining room area you will find a table with 6 high-backed chairs
and a high chair for children.
In front of this is the south-facing terrace with a seating area for 6 people,
2 sunbeds, beach chair, awning, sunshade and a sandbox.
The new kitchen is equipped with
Freezer and refrigerator,
Ceramic hob and convection oven with grill function,
Dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine,
Coffee pod machine, microwave, egg boiler, waffle iron and much more.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home (85 m²) is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Norden towards Norddeich, 2 km from the beach - 10 minutes by bike. A bakery, butcher, Aldi, Lidl, Combi and other shops are in the immediate vicinity.
You can reach the town centre in approx. 2 km ...20 minutes on foot
Norden-Norddeich is located in the heart of East Frisia. From here you can easily explore the whole of East Frisia by bike to Greetsiel,Neßmersiel or Neuharlingersiel or from the harbour take a trip to the islands of Norderney, Juist or guided mudflat walks and the open-air seawater swimming pool directly on the sandy and grassy beach are also highly recommended. Norddeich has the most modern adventure pool on the East Frisian coast, the Ocean-Wave.
Special attractions for children include the children's playhouse, the seal
and the adventure playground on the beach.
The old town of Norden with its numerous shops and restaurants also invites you to take a stroll
Norden-Norddeich Adventure Park - In case the weather plays tricks on you, Norden-Norddeich has a new adventure park which opened in July 2003. There are many leisure activities to choose from: The Ocean-Wave adventure pool, sauna area, bowling centre, children's playhouse, family playground, skating rink, miniature golf, national park centre and seal breeding station.

Cancellation terms:
If the tenant terminates the contract more than 45 days before the start of the rental period, compensation amounting to 20% of the total rent is due. Cancellation is no longer possible after this period. In the event of such cancellation or even early departure, the full rental price remains payable. The cancellation must be made in writing. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which can be obtained from any travel agency.

Norden-Norddeich is a state-recognised North Sea resort with a 14-hectare sandy and green beach. Wadden Sea, as well as a mainland harbour.
On the beach there is a beach volleyball court, a climbing spider and two football goals. The beach is divided into several sections, including a kite beach and a dog beach. This ensures that you can sunbathe undisturbed and children can play safely in the sand.
On the beach there is also a playground for the little ones with all kinds of play equipment. You can get refreshments at the Haus des Gastes behind the beach. There are also public sanitary facilities.

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful house
We spent a very nice, relaxing holiday week in the "Auszeit" in Malente. The house is ideally located in a quiet residential street. A good starting point for beautiful bike tours around the Keller or Dieksee. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need to feel at home on vacation. We lacked nothing. The contact with the landlords was also very pleasant. A smaller problem was immediately addressed and resolved in no time.
Thank you very much for the lovely holiday in your vacation home, which we would gladly rent again in the future.

Pure peace!
A holiday home furnished with love in idyllic tranquility on the outskirts of Malente. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our vacation days.

Wonderful break!
We spent 10 days in July in Malente in the holiday home "Auszeit." From the first day on, we felt comfortable in this tastefully and lovingly furnished house - we lacked nothing! Even the location is perfect... in a cul-de-sac by the edge of the forest, which promises peace and relaxation. It is also the perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds. We really enjoyed the surroundings with the wildlife park and the lakes, as well as the proximity to the Baltic Sea! We have fallen in love with this area and the farewell was correspondingly difficult for us.
