Beautiful and well-maintained house by the sea (30m) in a quiet residential area with shallow sandy beach; Community pool with lawn, 3 bedrooms, satellite - TV, washing machine and air conditioning for hot and cold.
The house "Brisamar 8" is built with about 100 sqm on 2 floors.
Downstairs is the living and dining room with open fireplace.
There is also the air conditioning.
Upstairs two twin and one double bed rooms are housed.
On the top floor is a spacious sheltered balcony incl. Shower,
overlooking the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Fridge / freezer combi, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric stove, crockery, etc., to diverse and culinary dishes to cook.
On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, the first floor a large bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine.
Both front of house and behind the house is a large terrace (with barbecue). Before the house is a beautifully landscaped garden and a parking space.
The community pool is located in the rear garden area.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage "Brisamar 8" is part of the resort Brisamar built in a castle-like, in the Spanish-Moorish style. It consists of 8 houses with a large community pool incl. Lawn and outdoor showers, which lies in the inner area of the resort. Each house is built, however, individually and has separate terraces with private garden and car - parking space in the front area.
The large roof terrace (with shower) on the top floor offers a magnificent panorama of the sea and on the 18 km distant mountains.
The residential area is quiet and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.
The flat into the Mediterranean sloping golden yellow (Dorado-) beach of Mont-Roig Bahia is ideal for family holidays.
In the settlement, two restaurants, a snack bar and a small supermarket on the adjacent campsite.
The house is about 30m from the beautiful beach of Costa Dorada in the urbanization Mont-Roig Bahia, 22 km south of the provincial capital of Tarragona, 13 km from Reus Airport and 110 km from Barcelona Airport.

The Roman city of Tarragona with its beautiful old town (22 km), the tourist center Salou (12 km), the great leisure and Port Aventura theme park (13 km) and the cozy fishing village of Cambrils (5 km), known for its good food, count among others, the most significant nearby tourist centers. Mont-Roig del Camp (6 km), Reus (16 km), the Ebro Delta (35 km) and Barcelona (110 km) are other places worth seeing.
The hinterland with its ancient monasteries and fortresses in its scenic beauty and is one of the recommended day trips.

Dream vacation
We traveled in the fall to the house Brisamar 8 in Mont Roig Bahia and were initially thrilled with the location! A great Spanish holiday home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, 50m from the beach. In terms of vacation, the house has everything you need for a good holiday. There is a large and well-maintained pool that is cleaned every few days by a cleaning team, many loungers, a rooftop terrace where one can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, beautiful and traditionally furnished rooms, even if it was a bit old-fashioned in design for my taste. We still found the furnishings very suitable for Spain, and we felt very comfortable! Especially the high-quality kitchen impressed us, where we could really let loose. We also found the garden, which was very well-kept and where one could start the morning together on the small breakfast terrace. Right behind the garden, you reach the street and then directly to the sea. So you can spontaneously just walk to the beach and enjoy the sea there. Simply dreamy! We also took longer day trips, including to Barcelona (1.5 hours away) or to the nearby cities of Cambrils and Tarragona, both of which are really worth seeing. The markets that take place every week are particularly recommended. Additionally, there are beautiful places nearby, such as Park Sama or Niu de L'Àliga, a dreamy spring in the mountains near Tarragona. All in all, we had a really nice vacation there and we will definitely travel there again!

If one does not care
We were in this bungalow for the third time this year and also the last time.
The first time, everything was still alright.
Well, the house and furniture have aged.
Last year, the slats of 3 of the 4 single beds were damaged or partially broken.
We informed the landlord about this after our stay.
He told us that 2 of the four beds had been newly purchased. No other statement was made regarding this. This year, 3 of the four beds were more or less unusable. The slatted frames were now 60% broken or missing. For two beds, the broken slatted frames had been patched with cable ties and tape. (Pictures available) Since we needed 2 beds, we reported this to the landlord. He referred us to the local manager. After some delay, a new mattress and a used frame were placed in front of our door. Since we had already made a reservation for next year in July, we left it at that.
Shortly after our return, our reservation was canceled due to personal use. (Strange)
What if we had already booked flights because of the reservation?
The house is really very pleasant, and we felt comfortable for 3 years.
But if you only take in money and don't invest, this is what happens.
Woodworm in the cabinets and broken beds and so on….

Es ist schade, dass Sie nicht verstehen können, dass die Familie Vorrang vor den Gästen hat.
Ihr noch nicht gebuchter Wunschtermin war für Juli 2026 angesetzt. Sie haben für diesen Zeitraum
auch ihren Freunden das Haus empfohlen und wollten 2026 gemeinsam Urlaub machen.
In einem bewohnten Haus gibt es immer mal wieder Reparaturen, die von uns zeitnah beseitigt
werden, natürlich auch wenn Gäste da sind. Die beschädigten Lattenroste wurden bei unserem
letzten Besuch im April erneuert. Leider müssen diese vermutlich von den letzten Vormietern beschädigt worden sein. Zu dem wäre es hilfreich gewesen, wenn Sie vor Ihrer Abreise die defekte
Antenne des Routers dem Verwalter gemeldet hätten.
Da Sie für nächstes Jahr bereits buchen wollten, gehen wir davon aus, dass Sie Ihre Aufenthalte die letzten Jahre genossen haben.

Very well situated with children Perfect
The house is in a great location and has everything you need for a relaxing holiday , clothes packed and ready kitchen is well equipped .
Location is directly on the sea and enough space to retreat and relax. One of the best houses in this complex.

Summer vacation 2015
We had a wonderful vacation (2 children 8 + 16 + 2 adults). Right on the beach.
The nice thing about the house for us was that you can sit at the front entrance, there is a small covered terrace, as well as a beautiful terrace behind the house. We found the barbecue area next to the house very pleasant. This way, you are not sitting directly at the fire while eating. We have spent many holidays in Spain and would book this accommodation again and have already booked for 2016.
