We have furnished our Frisian house with great attention to detail in a modern East Frisian country house style.
A feel-good holiday awaits you in an upscale Frisian house in the middle of the family- and dog-friendly holiday home settlement of Neßmersiel in a cul-de-sac and play street location with a completely 1.20 m high fenced garden!

All necessary facilities such as supermarket (opening hours seasonal), bakery, restaurants, tea room, playground, bicycle & canoe rental, indoor playground-Sturmfrei and wellness oasis with sauna are within walking distance.
The 1.20 m high fenced garden with large garden area and south-facing terrace incl. garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and toys as well as a small sandpit for the little ones promise cosy hours outdoors. In the garden house you will also find bicycles and a Bobby Car for your children.
The ground floor has a utility room incl. washing machine and ironing equipment, a maritime bathroom with shower and toilet, the cosy 'sea breeze' bedroom with double bed (1.80m) as well as an open-plan living & dining room with open-plan kitchen. The living room, furnished in a modern country house style, has a corner couch, 42' flat screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system. In addition to blankets for the cooler days or cosy evenings, you will also find a small selection of DVDs for our younger and older guests, as well as books and board games. The dining room offers space for 6 people plus a toddler at the solid wooden table. In the available children's high chair, even the smallest one keeps track of breakfast or lunch/dinner at the table. Glasses for wine, sparkling wine, beer, juice / water and schnapps are of course sufficiently available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fully automatic coffee machine, food processor, kettle, egg boiler, waffle iron, toaster, sandwich toaster, all important cooking utensils and sufficient crockery - so cooking is fun!
On the upper floor you will find the bedroom 'Klabauterkiste' with two single beds, toys for your children and a CD player. The small maritime bathroom is equipped with a skylight, shower and WC. In the bedroom 'Auszeit' with a large double bed (1.80 m) and wardrobe, there is also a baby cot (incl. pillow and duvet insert). The rocking chair invites you to read a good book in peace or to rock your baby to sleep. The stairs to the ground floor are protected by a safety gate.
Bed linen and towel sets can be provided for a small rental fee.
In our house we provide you with a baby/child set. This includes: Changing mat, baby bath, bath toy, high chair, crockery, stair guard, toilet seat reducer, small footstool and night light.
The rooms on the upper floor as well as the bedroom on the ground floor are equipped with a foot-friendly, rustic country house laminate. All other rooms are tiled.
The bedrooms can be completely darkened with roller blinds and all windows in the living room are fitted with custom-made pleated blinds.
Children and dogs are welcome guests in our house!
Your dog will certainly feel at home in our house and will find a cosy place to sleep. We keep food and water bowls ready for you.
Please note that our well-kept Frisian house is a non-smoking house!

Our holiday home is located in the middle of the holiday settlement of Neßmersiel in a playground & cul-de-sac location.
The spacious property is completely fenced in at a height of 1.20m. Neßmersiel is a quaint coastal seaside resort in the heart of the Wadden Sea and THE starting point for many mudflat walks.
The East Frisian islands of Borkum, Juist, Norderney, Baltrum, Langeoog, Spiekeroog and Wangerooge.
There is a direct ferry connection from the Neßmersiel ferry port to the quaint island of Baltrum.

On request, we are happy to provide you with rental linen (bed linen, bath towels, hand towels, tea towels) for a small rental fee. Cancellation terms:
The regular cancellation conditions can be found in the lease agreement or can be requested from the landlord in advance. COVID-19 Regulation: Should your vacation fall within a period during which a tourist travel ban and a corresponding regulation have been legally imposed, your vacation can be canceled free of charge.

Der beste Urlaub
At short notice, we decided to take a vacation in Germany for a few days.
Initially, the owner mentioned that the house was already booked for the desired period.
However, just as we had resigned ourselves in the evening to not going on holiday, we received a call saying that the house was, in fact, available.
We quickly packed our things and two days later drove to Nessmersiel.
Upon arrival, we found ourselves in a beautiful residential area.
The first impressions of the house were fantastic. Sufficient space, beautiful furnishings, nice room layout, and a lovely garden with well-kept lawn. From a fully equipped kitchen to toys for children, everything was there. Even the stairway was protected by a stair guard, so children wouldn't choose the path to the ground floor.
The fact that there was no toilet paper or kitchen roll did not diminish the experience at all, as at the end of the week, everyone was sad that the vacation was over. Without a doubt... This house will see us again.

Holiday with a local charm!
Beautiful, well-maintained house. Arrive and feel comfortable. We were five (four adults and one child) and there was enough space for everyone. The house is lovingly furnished, it exudes coziness and one really feels comfortable. Particularly great is the coffee machine provided (we have the same one at home ;), so we carried our Senseo for nothing. . . . . . Also praiseworthy is the television in the bedroom on the upper floor, because this way you have good retreat options, especially when the accommodation is occupied by several people. The garden is well-maintained and because it is fenced, the dogs could also stay outside at times. All in all, it was a beautiful holiday week and Haus Küstenperle is a very good choice! Thanks again to our landlords for allowing us to use their house!
