Description
The house was extensively renovated in 2009/2010. Kitchen and bathroom were completely renewed. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, two with double bed, one with French bed and living room. There is a living room, a kitchen with a small dining area, a bathroom with shower and a washing machine. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, in the living room there is another large flat screen TV with SAT-system for German TV and radio reception. There is also a stereo and video system. Barbecue, garden furniture, bicycles, washing machine, safe are part of the equipment. Behind the house there is an outdoor shower, which is very much used especially in the summer months. A communal pool belongs to the urbanisation and can be used free of charge.
For winter holidaymakers, the house has central oil heating and a fireplace.

Location and surroundings of object
The beautiful wide sandy beach is about 200 metres from the apartment complex and about 350 metres from Chalet 65 A and is reached through a subway.
You will find sports and children's playgrounds as well as a table tennis room at the entrance of the urbanisation.
Pinos is an urbanisation founded in 1973, situated in the middle of a pine forest on the coastal road Cambrils - Miami Playa, not far from the sea. The approximately 100 holiday homes, mainly semi-detached, are privately owned and form a quiet residential park (urbanisation) with paved roads running through it.
The complex, which also includes a freshwater swimming pool accessible to all residents free of charge, is self-managed.

| Water is included in the rent, electricity is billed at the end of the stay according to consumption and charged against the deposit. Great vacation
The house has everything you could wish for. Very clean. Very peaceful location, probably 5 minutes' walk to the sea through the underpass. The landlord is always approachable and very helpful. The sandy beach is great, no high-rise buildings, no tourist hotspots. A car is recommended, as there are no shopping facilities in the urbanization itself. The directly attached neighboring house, which is similarly equipped, has the same owner, so you can spend a wonderful vacation together with 2 families. Unfortunately, we only found out about this now. We will definitely take advantage of this next year.

Well-equipped holiday house. The location is very quiet, we only walked a few minutes to the beach. The information from the landlord is great. We were very satisfied.

Perfect Vacation
We have never had such a well-equipped vacation home. Everything you could wish for is available, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. The location is very peaceful and relaxing. Absolutely friendly and helpful landlords. We will definitely come back no later than next year.

The holiday home is our own, privately used house, which is much better equipped than many commercially rented holiday homes due to the private use. The house is in a very well maintained condition. The photo shows the wide, beautiful sandy beach about 350 metres from the house. There is a communal swimming pool in the urbanisation, which is available free of charge. You can find more information and pictures on our homepage. Alternatively, we can also offer the house Casa Laura for the same price. Casa Laura is the house directly attached to Casa Gabi and is also our property. The total living space is about the same, at Casa Laura the single rooms are a bit bigger, but there are only 2 bedrooms (double rooms). Pictures can be sent on request.
