Private heated swimming pool and an outside grill, kids playground, playroom are just some of many luxurious amenities you can find at Villa Nikolina. Area surrounding swimming pool is equipped with parasols and an 8 deck chair. For complete privacy and safety garden is surrounded with hedge and fence. high wall. Garden also encompasses barbecue area with big dining table. The house is equipped with private parking space for 4-5 cars. The restaurant near the house (600m) is one of the most popular in the region "Restaurant Bodulka". This beautiful Luxury Villa in Sisan will suit anyone desire for a peaceful location near the city, an easy access to the sea, beaches, beautiful landscapes, fun and good gastronomy and is also well connection to all major attractions of Istria. Also near the house (300m) is situated one of the most popular cellar wine in Croatia, so you can enjoy the magic of wine in the southernmost Wine station in Istria. The property is located approximately 300 meters from the center of the village, it is a very quiet location by greenery. About the place - Sisan
Sisan, placed in the south-western part of Istria, is 6 km from the region's tourist center Pula. We recommend it to families with children and to guests who prefer tranquility and peace rather than the hustle and bustle of big cities. Besides bathing and suntanning, you can also spend your time bike riding because many Istrian cycling trails pass through or near Sisan or also horse riding. One of the most famous rent-a-bike station is available in Sisan. In Sisan you can find wonderful wild beaches with more then 27km coast to explore. The water is transparent and the surrounded area is made of rocks, pebbles and sand, natural shadow is in most of beaches available. You can also find a few beach bars and boats for your boat trips on the main beach.

Great vacation *****
It was very high standard! The kitchen was perfectly equipped The owners were extremely friendly. The house was clean and very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beaches are really near by. Sisan is overall a nice istrian village. Not as crowded as other istrian beaches. The homemade olive oil is really good. Overall it was the best house we ever rented for vacation!

We were four guests in August. A really great location. Good layout of the bedrooms, true luxury. Everything was provided. We were able to check in much earlier by arrangement. We were welcomed by the family with homemade delicacies and immediately felt at home. All in all, deserves the full star rating :-)

Vielen herzlichen Dank liebe Nikolina für wundervolle 7 Tage ! Die Villa Nikolina bietet allen beschriebenen Komfort und ist bestens ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Vorallem der Pool hat unseren Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Auch die Nachbarn und Bewohner des kleinen Dorfes waren freundlich und sehr nett. Die Küste wird mit dem Auto schnell erreicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Familienurlaub in der Hochsaison
Wir waren mitten in der Hochsaison im August als fünfköpfige Familie in dem Ferienhaus. Lage: nettes kleines Dorf, Strände in der Nähe, die schönen muss man etwas suchen, leider nicht geräumt, daher nicht sehr sauber. Die zu den Hotels gehörenden Strände sind weiter entfernt und sehr voll. Jede Menge gut ausgestattete Supermärkte mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Haus: neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. 300 qm konnten wir allerdings nicht finden (ich weiß nicht, was da mitgezählt wird). Es gibt zwei völlig von einander getrennte Wohnungen (die obere hat nur ein Schlafzimmer). Somit haben wir sie praktisch nicht mit nutzen können. Für zwei Parteien aber sicher praktisch. Die Terasse mit Tisch geht zur Straße mit Blick auf die betonierte Garageneinfahrt und eignet sich nicht sehr gut zum
draußen essen. Der Spielplatz ist leider nicht nutzbar. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber sehr schön, der Poolbereich ist gut eingerichtet. Er hat uns an den heißen Tagen gerettet. Hier kann man sich wirklich entspannt aufhalten!

Top!
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von neun Jugendlichen dort nach unserem Abitur und waren begeistert! Das Haus liegt nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von Pula und ist dementsprechend paktisch. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und die zwei Wohnungen genau wie auf den Bildern. Auch der Aussenbereich war sehr gepflegt und der Pool wurde während unserem 10tägigem Aufenthalt vom Vermieter gereinigt. Allgemein war der Vermieter sehr freundlich, hat Ausflugstipps gegeben und uns auch Hilfe bei unserer etwas komplizierten Anfahrt (wir hatten leider eine Panne) geleistet.
ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!
