Haus Burbach offers you 2 cosy holiday flats for a total of 4 - 16 people in a quiet mountain landscape.
Haus Burbach is located at approx. 1000 m above sea level (Zell am Ziller is at approx. 580 m) - here you have a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains and the rear Zillertal.
We are a small mountain farm. On our farm there are cows, calves, pigs, cats and hens.
The holiday flats were newly built in 2014 and are modern and comfortably furnished. Both flats have their own entrance.

Haus Burbach is situated in a mountain location (Zellberg) at approx. 1000 m above sea level (Zell am Ziller is 580 m above sea level). Here you can expect a relaxing holiday in a quiet location with a wonderful view of the Zillertal mountains and the rear Zillertal.
The ski bus stop is directly at the house and the ski bus takes you comfortably in approx. 15 min to the valley station Zillertal Arena.
The mountain community Zellberg belongs to the tourist area Zillertal Arena - Haus Burbach is located at the beginning of the Zillertaler Höhenstraße, which is one of the most beautiful alpine roads in Austria - from here you can start a wonderful ride up to the heights.
The tourist area Zillertal Arena offers you everything you need for a relaxing and active summer or winter holiday. The skiing area Zillertal Arena is the largest skiing area in the Zillertal with 139 kilometres of slopes, Arena Coaster, a 7 km long illuminated toboggan run, a huge hiking area.
In Zell am Ziller, Zellberg and their surrounding communities you will find shopping facilities, inns, restaurants, and much more

Cancellation terms:
You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival. From 3 months to 1 month before arrival, we charge 30% of the travel price (=deposit). From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price. If you cancel during the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the travel price. In case of early departure, 100% of the travel price is charged.

The entrances to the holiday home are at ground level and there are no stairs in the holiday home. Children are very welcome.

500 meters above the Zillertal!
Our stay at Haus Burbach was very nice! The location high above the Zillertal is stunning, and Angelika and Florian were very friendly hosts!
As context, I would like to mention that we were a family group of 8 people and rented both apartments.
As I said, the location of the house high above the valley is simply great! However, it does mean you have to drive up the mountain first. That was no problem for us in March (sunshine the whole week, hooray)! ), but in heavy snowfall it could be different. However, there is a ski bus line that goes right to the house (and beyond), so the road will probably be cleared quickly. This bus (free) goes to the village and to the Zillertal Arena and stops directly in front of the house upon request. Extremely convenient!
The decor is modern, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and all the beds were made. Wardrobes, storage options, and extra blankets and pillows are available. One person in our group found the mattress in his bed (upper apartment) to be sagging.
The kitchens are functionally equipped and all necessary kitchen tools are available. Very positive was the large table in the lower apartment where our entire group could eat together.
WLAN is available but not perfect. In the lower apartment, it sometimes cut out for a few minutes but otherwise worked. In the upper apartment, the reception was even weaker; someone in our group said it was hardly usable. He spoke with the landlady and said that it didn't help.
But overall, it was a nice time, and we hope to be able to return soon.

Ski vacation with friends
We had a great week with friends at Haus Burbach. Both apartments were very nice and everything was clean. The Ebster family is super nice. We are already looking forward to next year.

Fantastic view from the vacation apartment onto the mountains. The apartment is very clean and cozy, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. One feels very comfortable and well taken care of in the Burbach house, the landlords are very warm and nice so that one can simply feel at ease. We will definitely come back.

wonderful view
The view of the valley is breathtaking. The flat is well equipped and the service is great. Great opportunities for hiking. Clear recommendation! Thanks to the animals (goats, chickens, horses, ...) also very suitable for children

Beautiful holiday flat in a dreamlike location
We spent 10 wonderful days in Haus Burbach. The location and the view are simply a dream (once you get to the top ?)
Angelika and Florian are super hospitable, the children can look around everywhere on the farm.
Our highlight were the cats who visited us regularly and for my daughter certainly the great riding lessons.
