Pure holiday in a feel-good environment
Once again, we were able to spend our vacation in this feel-good house, where nothing is missing. The landlord even refers to us as repeat offenders because we just can't resist booking this exact house. It starts with everything being beautifully prepared upon arrival and, above all, clean. We're not talking about the occasional cobweb, as those can be new in vacation homes within a few hours. Furthermore, almost everything you have at home is available in the house. We have rented houses in other regions several times that were much less well-equipped.
The area is wonderfully beautiful and offers many opportunities for relaxation (those looking for hustle and bustle will also find it in Renesse).
One must not forget that the dogs also feel comfortable here and are protected by the fence. We read in the guestbook that someone was not satisfied with the house. That is legitimate because not everything has to please everyone. But to immediately attack the landlord with aggression in order to get money back? We cannot confirm this impression and have not heard anything bad in all these years. Deficiencies that occur (after all, people live there!), were always immediately fixed after consulting with the landlord. There are always complainers, and in our opinion, they should rather choose a hotel vacation in Nice!
We are happy to continue visiting this place and look forward to the next time.

We, two couples aged 60-65, stayed in this beautiful house from 5th to 19th September 20. Upon arrival, we noticed the clean and well-maintained property, which is completely fenced. The plot is large with two seating areas. The house matches the description and is fully equipped. The good mattresses are also commendable, the best we ever had. The furnishings in the house are practical and cozy. Nothing is missing. Of course, we have read in the guest book what other people have written. The general sentiment matches our description, except for the last "anonymous" entry. We as couples could only shake our heads and not confirm those statements.
The house is fine, but not a new building, so there are signs of use, which, however, are not significant and do not diminish the well-being. If the "Anonymous" wants a new building with the modern fancy bathrooms, etc. , then he should go to a 5-star hotel and pay the appropriate rent. According to the landlord, some renovations will now also be done at the end of the season.
We have been going to the parks De Tong, de Kreek, etc. in Bruinisse for 25 years, so we know our way around. We can only recommend the house and will book it again at any time.

Seit vielen Jahren Erholung pur
We have been guests at the holiday house several times and always like to come back. Above all, we always feel welcome, as this is often not the case with a dog. The completely fenced property makes the stay with four-legged friends uncomplicated and relaxing. The house is not only very functional but also very appealingly designed. One immediately feels at home.
Nearby, extensive walks by the sea with and without four-legged friends are a pleasure and pure relaxation from everyday life. We found the accommodation and the facility clean and well-maintained at all times. Apparently, there has also been regular investment in the house. As we could see in the latest photos, the upper floor has been remarkably modernized since our last stay this year.
We look forward to the upcoming and all future years when we can spend our vacation there. But we still have one thing close to our hearts: We would like to thank the landlords for their kind and courteous contact!

Catastrophic accommodation
We did not like the house. Unfortunately, it does not correspond at all to the description on the internet portals. The house is worn out and urgently needs renovation. The landlords do not really take care of the maintenance of the property. Despite documenting the defects, there is no understanding or word of regret from the landlord. A holiday feeling cannot arise in this house. Too bad. We were really looking forward to the vacation.
Zeeland, on the other hand, is beautiful. Great beaches and very picturesque towns. Always worth a trip.

Katastrophal waren lediglich die Gäste.
Kaum angekommen, wurde der Zustand des Hauses als völlig verdreckt beschrieben, der Putzservice durfte jedoch nicht nacharbeiten, kurz darauf wurde bereits eine Preisminderung verlangt und es wurde weiter gesucht. Genannt wurden dann Mückenleichen in den Lampen, Sand und Tannenadeln auf der Terrasse ( sandiger Boden, Tannen auf dem Grundstück ). Ein tatsächlich loses Stück Handlauf an der Treppe durfte ebenfalls nicht repariert werden. Ich könnte die genannten Vorwürfe hier noch lange fortsetzen, denn es nahm kein Ende, möchte mich aber nicht weiter mit der Hauptperson auseinandersetzen. Nur soviel: es wurde ihr bereits am zweiten Tag angeboten, bei taggenauer Abrechnung das Haus verlassen zu können, um sich eine andere, passendere Unterkunft zu suchen. Das Angebot wurde ausgeschlagen, dafür wurde weiter nach dem Haar in der Suppe gesucht. Als wir dann aufgrund der Vielzahl der behaupteten Mängel mitgeteilt hatten, am Abreisetag persönlich vorbeizuschauen und uns vom schlechten Zustand des Hauses zu überzeugen und auch den Putzservice zu kontrollieren, reiste die Gruppe bereits am Vortag ab. Nicht ohne den Schlüssel zum Haus einzubehalten und sich zu weigern ihn zurück zu geben. Zeitgleich folgte erneut die Forderung nach Preisminderung und die Ankündigung eines Rechtsanwalt bei unserer Weigerung zu beauftragen.
Sehr geehrte Interessenten glauben Sie der Bewertung bitte nicht, denn die Aussagen zum Haus sind schlichtweg falsch. Bei uns bekommen Sie, was Sie auf den Bildern sehen.
Und sollte, was vielleicht tatsächlich einmal vorkommen kann, das Haus nicht super sauber sein, verlangt die Putzfirma von uns sofortige Meldung, damit sie ggfls. nacharbeiten kann. Das ist den letzten Jahren tatsächlich einmal vorgekommen. Die Nacharbeit hat problemlos funktioniert.

Wundert schönes Haus
We had a great week! This was our 5th time in Bruinisse, but by far the nicest house. It is very lovingly furnished, nothing is missing. Very large garden where the dogs also felt very comfortable.
We can only recommend it and will definitely come back.

For a long, long time we have made our house available to guests. Why? Of course, to earn money. Why do we need it? For the house. From the rental income we pay the running costs and put the rest into the house so we can make improvements every year. We are most pleased when you like it and we notice that you are satisfied. On Holidaycheck we are the best in Bruinisse. This with great "competition". We want to maintain our level and keep improving over the years.
