Surrounded by a large terrain (1500 square meters), it has a large terrace (around 300 square meters) wit a gazebo allowing you to live the outside with the wonderful see sight of the Levanto' sea, in absolute privacy.
The house, on an unique floor, has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large dining room with fireplace and with 2 walls of large windows, independent kitchen (with a 280 l fridge-freezer). You can access, from the dining room and 2 bedrooms to the large tearrace (around 300 sm) with sea view. Doble glasses grant a total relax and good insulation, even if the place has always sea breeze.
7MB wireless complete the offer.
The house had a major renovation in 2013 with new bathrooms, new windows and new doors.

Located at the boundaries between LEVANTO and BONASSOLA in VALLESANTA, we offer this relaxing residence surrounded by the nature, with a gorgeous see sight of the gulf of Levanto, at a few walking minutes from the sea.
The house offers all the possibilities to live the Ligurian nature and its beautiful sea. From LEVANTO you can reach by train or boats the famous 5 Terre (and the first one, Monterosso, by walking).
It is possible to loan a boat to see the entire beautiful coastline, with all the small beaches. Diving tours to the marine park of Punta Mesco, with its black coral, and to the sink boats of WW2 are daily available.
We will be pleased to provide you with additional information for a pleasant stay.
Levanto offers excursions to the famous “cinque Terre” (Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore) all year round. In the summer period offers beaches and all sea activities (diving, fishing, windsurf), including boat trips to the cinque Terre and Portofino.

Dreamlike view, great garden
Very beautiful villa with a large fenced garden, fantastic view, good parking possibilities. Quick walk to Levanto and the beach. Good hiking possibilities. Pure relaxation. Good service, everything went smoothly. Will come back.

Great view from terrace
We had a wonderfull week in Levanto and in Villa Matilde. Luciana and Marco was very helpfull and we felt really welcome. The villa was very clean and well equipped including basic household items, so we where established right after arrival. There is a scenic view to Levanto and the sea from the terrace and the villa is located close to hiking routes and stairs to the beach. We definitely consider to return to Villa Matilde next summer.

Autumn holidays
We are a family with two children (14 and 16) and spent a week's holiday in villa matilda. The house offers a beautiful view of the beach and the sea of Levanto with its hillside location. Quiet and private location with a large garden. Good starting point for the cinque terre, La Spezia..etc. Levanto offers countless restaurants and the necessary shopping facilities are available. The only minus point: an outdoor shower is missing, but would be an advantage.

a dream house!
We have spent a fantastic week with five people in this beautifully located house! The view of Levanto is fabulous, the facilities perfect and new, the beds very good, the location allows you to reach everything on foot. The staff on site is lovely and helpful.
