We spent 10 days at Rajka and Edo's beautiful holiday apartment. It was wonderful and relaxing days. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Simply great. The pool is also a dream. You can relax perfectly by the pool. Rajka and Edo are very helpful and also very friendly. If we had needed anything, we could have always asked them. But since everything was so great, there was nothing to bother us. In the vicinity, there are also small restaurants where you can eat well. We could refuel perfectly and were definitely not the last time at Rajka and Edo. Thank you very much again for everything and warm regards.

Dream vacation with the Kosov family

First of all, a thousand thanks to the Kos family, through whom our dream vacation has become unforgettable and we will cherish for a long time. Special thanks to Rajka, this woman is so nice, normal, and helpful. Every morning the pool is already clean, the loungers and umbrellas are already set up, everything is clean and perfect. The vacation in the "Pool Villa" Kos was wonderful! The house was the loveliest in the whole area - especially the large terrace with the grill and the pool impressed us a lot. We had the pool all to ourselves.
We are truly happy that we could spend our vacation at Stone House Kos. The pictures on the internet perfectly match the actual condition.
We wanted to relax from everyday life and we really got that.
The house is beautiful!
It was a wonderful time that we would love to repeat. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house without any reservations!

Stone house an eye-catcher

It was a great stay in the beautiful stone house. We wanted for nothing. The highlight was of course the pool. It was always kept clean. The owners were very nice and helpful. The location is ideal. Bus stop, bakery, pizzeria, butcher's shop and grocery shop are all within walking distance. We as a family felt very comfortable and would be happy to recommend it...

Great apartment! Everything is top-notch!

We were guests of this apartment with a total of five guys for a few days!
The apartment is really beautiful and very clean! The furnishings are great and the bedrooms are equipped with everything you need.

Villa with pool

We spent two weeks at the house of the Kos family with our friends (4 adults, 1 child). We were greeted by a huge driveway leading to the house (which is more like a villa) with its own garage. It is a well-equipped house with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, and much more), WiFi, 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, and a cozy living room. The terraces are very wide, the gas grill allows for quick grilling. The pool was a dream! Very large and with its roof structure, it was always very clean and perfectly heated. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available. Nothing was missing, and the pictures speak for themselves. Nothing was retouched or beautified, everything is as you would expect according to the pictures. It is also worth mentioning the cleanliness inside and outside. One could really feel comfortable there. The rooms are spacious and have plenty of space. The house is one of the most beautiful in the whole area.
The Kos family proved to be very helpful, very friendly, and accommodating, with many excursion tips for the region and useful tips for us.
You are welcomed with open arms and bid a warm farewell.

Summer vacation in the pool villa

We were able to spend 13 great days in the pool villa of the Kos family. The apartment is perfectly equipped (there was even a wine refrigerator). The balcony was very large and you could always sit outside nicely. The pool was also fantastic and everything was very clean. Rajka and Edo were very helpful and had useful tips for us, and were available to help when needed. Thank you for this great holiday!

A house and a country to fall in love with.

A beautiful house with very kind landlords. Nothing was missing.

The house and the pool are well-maintained and very clean. The beds are also very comfortable.

There are beautiful nearby attractions worth visiting. The beaches are very clean, and the water is clear.

An unforgettable experience!

We, 5 guys from Germany (near Bielefeld), drove to Pula to spend a few relaxed days there. When we arrived there, a huge driveway led us to the house (I would say it is more of a villa) with a garage where we could park our car for the next few days, a large swimming pool where we would spend a lot of time in the coming days, a well-equipped house with a great kitchen, Wi-Fi, 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (2 double beds and two single beds - which were already made up), a very good kitchen with everything you need (fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, cutlery, pots, and much more), several dining areas (one inside the house and one outside on a very large covered balcony), a cozy living room with appropriate furniture (a TV was also available), a large and a small bathroom, and the nicest hosts I have ever met (we only saw them in the next few days when we needed something, we even accidentally broke two lounge chairs by the swimming pool, which they didn't charge us for). Pula is a truly beautiful place, we rented a few scooters and drove around the city and to various beaches in the next few days. Of course, there was no shortage of action, so we jumped off cliffs, snorkeled, or goofed around with volleyball. In the evenings, we enjoyed the lovely views, be it the famous amphitheater, the sunset, the old town, or the harbor - everything was truly wonderful. Our conclusion is that a vacation in Pula is highly recommended. And if you are looking for the perfect accommodation and want to treat yourself to a bit of luxury at a reasonable price, this accommodation is definitely worth it! ! !

Holiday 2016

We stayed with our family (5 adults) for a week in the house of the Kos family.
Very clean and well-maintained property in a quiet residential area with everything you need.
Very pleasant was especially the beautiful, clean pool where you could cool off on hot days and relax in the evening.
From the house, all important places are easy to reach (pharmacy, restaurants, beach, bakery, etc.). The Kos family was very kind and helpful, and they were able to answer all our questions in detail. They also gave us many useful tips. We were very satisfied with the vacation in this vacation rental and would recommend it without exception.

Steinhaus Kos Summer 2016

The house near the smaller port of Pula is absolutely recommendable. It is top equipped, very clean, and extremely well maintained. All furniture makes a very good and new impression. All electronic devices (including air conditioning) work perfectly. The terraces are super wide, and you can always find a spot either in the shade or the sun. The gas grill allows for a quick barbecue when you don't feel like visiting the good and tasty restaurants in the area. The pool with its roof structure has always been very clean and perfectly heated. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. Garage for the car with remote-controlled roller doors is optimal. There is no shortage of leisure activities in Pula and the surrounding area (from water sports to karting, quad biking, and buggies). A car is recommended if you want to explore the area. The Kos family was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating, providing welcome excursion tips for the region.

"Steinhaus, Kos - September 2015"

Despite booking last minute, everything went excellently. The vacation rental corresponds exactly to the description. Nothing was embellished or concealed. The apartment was very clean and excellently equipped. The kitchen equipment with dishes and cooking utensils is very generous. The highlights for us were the pool (very clean water, deck chairs, umbrellas) and the large terrace (gas grill, outdoor seating). Mrs. and Mr. Kos were very friendly and helpful. Your tips on bakeries, butchers, shopping possibilities, restaurants, beaches, and excursions were helpful and good.
The vacation rental is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Pula. Bakeries, butchers, small shops, restaurants, and a bus stop are within walking distance. A bike or car is recommended to reach the beach. Due to the numerous leisure activities (snorkeling, go-kart track, diving, water skiing, etc.) in the vicinity and beyond, even our two 16-year-old boys were never bored. The boys also enjoyed using the foosball table and dartboard in the recreation room of the vacation home. They regretted not having the Xbox with the large screen in the recreation room. Only the Wi-Fi was too slow for them. We can wholeheartedly recommend the vacation home! Klaus R.

Holiday with the Kos family in Wurzen.

The house in a residential area on the outskirts of the city was beautiful, high-quality furnished, tastefully and modernly decorated, and offered all comforts. The apartment and the pool were very clean and exceptionally well-maintained. Bakery, shops, and restaurants are within walking distance, as well as a marina and small city beaches.

Completely happy

We had a wonderful vacation that left nothing to be desired. The Kos family warmly welcomed us and provided us with all the important information for a relaxing holiday. Where is the nearest bakery, how can I get to the city center, where are public beaches...
The pool was a dream. Even when we didn't want to swim anymore, we could let our children play without any worries. Nothing was missing, and the pictures speak for themselves. Nothing was retouched or embellished, everything is as one would expect according to the pictures. Even the spontaneous visit of my parents was no problem.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Vor der Haustür gibt es eine Haltestelle, mit der man bequem ins Zentrum fahren kann ohne Parkplatzsuche und Stadtverkehr.

free time activities: Es gibt vieles zu besichtigen. Wir waren im Aquarium, im Amphitheater, machten eine Panoramaschifffahrt zu den Brijuni-Inseln und gingen natürlich ans Meer zum Baden. Langeweile kam nicht auf.

shopping facilities: Es führt eine große Hauptstraße um Pula herum, an der kann man in großen Supermärkten alles einkaufen, was man so braucht. In der Nähe der Villa befand sich ein Bäcker, Metzger, eine Apotheke und ein kleiner Supermarkt.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Beautiful house where really nothing is missing. Starting from the automatic garage to the game room with table football + dart, everything is top-notch! Even more is offered than the photos promise. The entire house + outdoor area are kept very clean, the equipment is available down to the smallest detail, lots of space and a super large pool that is sufficient for a whole family. The landlords are also very helpful and accommodating. Price-performance ratio absolutely OK. When I go back to Pula, I would love to stay at Stonehouse Kos again. THUMBS UP!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Leider ist in Pula selbst nicht wirklich viel los. Wenn man abends ausgehen möchte fährt man besser ca 15 km nach Medulin.
Man sollte unbedingt mit dem Auto unterwegs sein.

free time activities: Nicht weit zu einem schönen Kiesel-, bzw. Felsstrand.
Auch gute Restaurants gleich in der Nähe (zu Fuß).
SUPER(!!) Pizzaria quasi gegenüber.

shopping facilities: Kleiner Shop sowie Bäcker zu Fuß erreichbar.
Zum großen Kaufhaus (Lebensmittelvorrat) ca 5 min Autoweg.

Das schönste Ferienhaus in Pula

We are really happy that we were able to spend our vacation at the Stonehouse Kos. The pictures on the internet correspond exactly to the condition. The house is still very new, tastefully furnished, very clean, everything is available, there are really no wishes left unfulfilled, and if there are still wishes, the homeowners are very helpful!! Especially the pool provided us with a lot of fun!!

There are several supermarkets nearby, which are also quickly accessible on foot. You can walk to the beach, but I would recommend renting a car to visit other beaches.

I can highly, highly recommend this house with a clear conscience! !

Wonderful vacation in a dreamlike accommodation!

The holiday in the "Pool Villa" on Kos was wonderful! The house was the most beautiful in the entire area - especially the large terrace with the grill and the pool were very appealing to us. The pool was all for ourselves, as no other apartments are associated with this pool. The rooms are nicely and tastefully furnished. It is also worth mentioning the cleanliness inside and outside. This allowed us to feel really comfortable. The rooms are spacious and provide enough space. All furniture and appliances in the apartment are new. Rajka and Edo, the landlords, were always extremely friendly, accommodating, and always helped when there were questions or problems. Overall, it was a dream vacation that we absolutely recommend! We would love to come back! ! !

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung ist sehr schön! In der Nähe des Ferienhauses befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, in denen man sehr lecker und günstig essen kann! In der Nachbarschaft befinden sich viele weitere (Ferien-)häuser und es sehr ruhig; man wird von niemandem gestört. Die Kroaten wirkten auf uns immer sehr nett und nie aufdringlich. Man konnte sich immer gut auf Deutsch oder Englisch verständigen.

free time activities: Der Strand liegt einige Gehminuten entfernt. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist das überhaupt kein Problem. Leichter geht es jedoch, wenn man ein Auto hat. Man kann Motorboote mieten, Paragliding machen, Bananaboot fahren und für Kinder gibt es tolle Hüpfburgen / Spielinseln auf dem Wasser. Bei den Stränden handelt es sich um Kiesstrände, was aber überhaupt kein Problem darstellt, wenn man sich vor Ort Strandschuhe kauft (umgerechnet für ca. 5 Euro überall zu haben).

shopping facilities: Zu Fuß erreicht man nur wenige Meter entfernt einen kleinen Supermarkt, indem man alles Nötige bekommen kann! Außerdem gibt es einen Bäcker ganz in der Nähe, bei dem man leckere Brötchen, Baguettes und Leckereien kaufen kann. Größere Supermärkte (z. B. Kaufland, Plodine etc.) erreicht man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto.
