Great large vacation apartment in a super location. You can quickly get to the beautiful little town and the sea. Both the kitchen equipment and the mattresses were perfect. We felt very comfortable and had 3 great sunny days in Egmond.

The house is excellent for two couples. The kitchen is well-equipped and offers plenty of dishes and appliances. The bathroom is spacious and there is an additional toilet. There is a parking space in front of the door and the house is located in a quiet area. The friendly owners live in the house next door. Everything is very clean and nicely furnished.

It was one of the best accommodations we had in 40 years (!) in Egmond! The value for money was right, the equipment left nothing to be desired (especially plenty of dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils!), plenty of space for 6 people, and very friendly landlords! We definitely want to come back!

We were greeted with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine. There were toys for the children, and due to the very steep stairs, there was even a stair gate. Everything was clean, and there were no wishes left unfulfilled. Only the laundry rack was a bit rickety :-) a wonderful holiday in a highly recommended apartment.

We had a nice large living room where the children could play with the toys provided excellently. We adults enjoyed the roses and the bottle of red wine as a welcome very much. The landlady was also very friendly and accommodating.

The location was optimal, the main shopping street and the beach could be reached in a few minutes. Beautiful and modern furnishings with enough space for four adults and two toddlers. Cribs and high chairs were also available. The kitchen offers everything you need. Modern and beautiful sanitary facilities.

We spent two fantastic weeks on vacation in the Wiykgebouw. The house is superbly furnished, modern, bright, and very tasteful. The landlords are very nice and helpful!

We have now been in this beautiful accommodation for the fourth time and we would love to come back. It is spacious, and our favorite part is the living/dining area. In recent years, there have been some renovations, which we appreciated (2nd toilet, new washbasin in the bathroom with 2 taps). The location is quiet, yet in a few minutes, you can reach Voorstraat and the beach. Even with a 5-year-old child, you can easily walk the way. Our son always looks forward to the small game chest and puzzles/games that are available.

It was very nice. There was enough space for 4 people. There could have been a bit more cutlery available. Apart from an oven, everything else that is needed was there. It was quiet and the distance to the beach was easily walkable.

We have been coming to Egmond aan Zee for many years, but this was our first time in this house. The split layout of the bedrooms is ideal when two families stay together. It's not as noisy that way. Lovely dining and living room. The kitchen is a bit smaller than what we've had before, but it has everything we need. The baby cot and high chair are great. The mattresses are very comfortable. We go to the beach with bikes or a wagon. Welcomed with sunflowers and a bottle of wine. We will come back.
