The apartment is adjacent to the owner's property, but has its own entrance at the Wilhelminastraat.
There is also its terrace at the front, where you can also park their car in your own driveway, or you get a parking pass for the car to park on the street.
All possibilities of Egmond aan Zee are within walking distance of the beach about 400mtr. and the center is about 300mtr. away.

Classification of the apartment:
Driveway with entrance to the apartment. Corridor with access to the kitchen and a door to the living room. A spacious living room with beautiful sofa set and armchair, a dining table for 6 and adjoining fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and combi microwave.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower, bathroom furniture and toillet.
The upper floor consists of 2 parts, each is accessible through a separate staircase from the lounge. Each part has 2 bedrooms, one with a 2-person bed and one with a 1-person bed.
There is also digital TV and you can use a free wireless connection.
At the front of the apartments have a terrace with garden furniture.
In all seasons you can spend a nice weekend or a week to relax in our cozy village. Egmond aan Zee has extensive forests, dunes and heath areas and the most beautiful beach in the Netherlands. A unique area for Nature, a haven for sun worshipers! Egmond is above all a really nice village for your recovery.
Nearby are the cultural cities of Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam.

Wir kommen bereits viele Jahre nach Egmond aan Zee, waren aber zum ersten Mal in diesem Haus. Es ist optimal durch die 2 -Teilung der Schlafzimmer, wenn man mit 2 Familien kommt. Es ist dadurch nicht so hellhörig. Schönes Ess- und Wohnzimmer. Kleinere Küche, als wir bisher immer hatten, aber alles vorhanden. Kinderbett und Hochstuhl auch sehr gut. Matratzen sehr gut. Zum Strand sind wir mit Fahrrädern bzw. Bollerwagen. Mit Sonnenblumen und Weinflasche willkommen geheißen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir sind schon das zweite Mal in diesem Jahr hier. Auch jetzt wieder der nette Willkommensgruß. Ein Blumenstrauß und eine Flasche Wein. Und wir konnten unsere zwei Autos direkt ohne Probleme vor der Tür parken. Wir haben keine Kinder, deshalb konnten wir die Frage nicht beantworten.

It was very nice. Enough space for 4 people. There could have been a little more cutlery. Everything else was there that you need except for an oven. It was quiet and the distance to the beach was absolutely walkable.

The booking and also the email exchange and the very friendly phone call with the landlord was very good. The accommodation was very clean and also very nicely furnished. Not 10 minutes from the sea and everything within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back.
