Description

The accommodation has a private entrance and 2 bicycles can be parked at the front door. There are 2 steps at the entrance, otherwise everything is on one level, cozy terrace at the back.
In short, everything for a pleasant holiday is provided, including towels, bed linen, dune passes, and parking permit.

From the end of January 2026 you can book again for that year.

Wonderful walks on the beach, cycling in the dunes, a cozy village center and a good bed :D
New toilet and separate shower room + bathroom and bedroom, kitchen in the living room and at the back patio doors and a terrace with garden chairs and a sunshade, the bedroom is equipped with air conditioning.

We will come again.

The Zedel family welcomed us very warmly. The accommodation is beautifully furnished and very cozy. The location is central and very quiet. We had a resident parking space for the duration of our visit, an important point when vacationing with your own car in the Netherlands. The pedestrian zone of Egmont is a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is about 10 minutes away. It was a lovely, relaxing vacation and we felt right at home. Thank you very much, Zedel family - we would love to come back again :-)

A beautiful week

We really spent beautiful days in the described holiday apartment. The weather allowed for bike rides and walks on the beach. The initial contact was already very pleasant. Wilma appeared very friendly and helpful, which was confirmed upon our arrival. The location is more than top-notch. Aside from a few small things that were missing, such as a cutting board or the already mentioned broom, we lacked for nothing. By the way, the microwave has a grill function, which we used frequently. Well, we will definitely come back...

Cozy accommodation in the center of Egmond aan Zee

We felt very comfortable during our short vacation and can recommend the accommodation. The holiday apartment is very cozily furnished and the location near the center and beach is optimal. Ms. Zedel is a very nice landlord.

Beautiful accommodation

The accommodation was excellent. The equipment of the apartment is sufficient for a holiday with bicycles. Unfortunately, we were unlucky with the weather. We spent a lot of time walking on the beach. You must try the pizza at Rosario's. We would recommend it and would rent it again. The Zedel family takes care of everything if you have any questions.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Egmond aan Zee.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment of the Zedel family. If we had any concerns or questions, they always had an open ear and good advice. They even drove us to the train station on the last day.

The small apartment is well-equipped with a terrace and separate entrance, as well as the possibility to park bicycles outside. Everything you need for a relaxed vacation is available.

The location was perfect, with a 5-minute walk to the supermarket and bakery in the "city center" and another 5 minutes to the beach. The region offers many opportunities for trips, whether it's the beach, dune reserves, Alkmaar, Bergen or Schoorl, everything is reachable by bike in a short time.

We would definitely book the accommodation again and thank the Zedel family for the great time.

Perfect cozy and spacious accommodation in a very good location.

The apartment is perfectly equipped for two people. We did not miss anything. Especially practical is the small back exit where you can store the bikes. In the evenings, you can sit in the sun in front of the apartment and have dinner.

The city center of Egmond is just a few minutes' walk away. The beach is as well. We highly recommend a bike ride through the dunes, you might encounter wild horses.

The shower is wonderful! All very clean and tastefully decorated, cozy. Many thanks to Wilma & her husband!
