Our bungalow in the holiday home complex "Villaggio di Sunclass" is number S-018 and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday on approx. 60 m².
The three-sided, partially covered terrace with a magnificent view of Tignale, Monte Baldo, the western shore of Lake Garda, and on clear days even as far as the southern shore of the lake, makes the bungalow a perfect retreat. 2 staircases with a total of approx. 20 steps... lead to one of the most beautiful lake views in the holiday home complex. Our terrace is not visible from the street due to its elevated position.
The hedges bordering the neighboring properties protect you from prying eyes.
There is one small restriction: smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Location and surroundings of object
Our bungalow is located in the holiday home complex "Villaggio di Sunclass" in the municipality of Tignale.
This, in turn, is situated on the western side of Lake Garda in the nature reserve "Parco Alto Garda" on a plateau about 600 - 700 m above the lake, known for its mild and oxygen-rich climate. The holiday home complex "Sunclass" is located on the edge of the village and nestles gently against a large slope at the end of the Tignale plateau. The holiday home complex offers everything families, couples, and solo travelers need for a relaxing vacation:
- Reception: open 7 days a week, bread roll service (early May - end of October), tips for excursions, key handover
- Laundry: laundromat with two washing machines & dryer for a fee
- Swimming pool: sheltered, large heated pool with swimming and non-swimming areas, baby pool, sun terrace, loungers & umbrellas, lifeguard
- Kiosk: coffee, snacks, and ice cream
- Play area: playground, sandbox, table tennis tables, soccer pinball, floor chess
The swimming pool and reception are approx. 10 - 20 min. on foot from our bungalow - depending on fitness.
Note: There are no shopping facilities or restaurants in the complex itself. The nearest supermarket as well as a variety of restaurants are 1.5 km away in Gardola and can be reached in about 8 minutes by car. Tignale - original charm & good infrastructure
The municipality of Tignale includes the villages of Porto di Tignale, Piovere, Oldesio, Aer, Olzano, Prabione, and the main town Gardola, which together form the municipality of Tignale.
By car, you can reach the main town Gardola in about 20 minutes from the west shore road of Lake Garda on a well-developed mountain road with spectacular views of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. One is not far from tourism in Tignale, yet this area has preserved its original charm, especially in the pre- and post-season. The population is friendly and open, the village centers are still authentic, well-kept and, where already renovated, restored with great care.
Via Roma - the shopping street of Gardola
Via Roma forms the lively center of Gardola. Here you will find:
Boutiques and a hairdresser
Ice cream parlor, bars and cafés
Newspaper and souvenir shop
Butcher and delicatessen shops (including wines, liqueurs, gin)
Mountain bike rental
In the side streets you will also find a bakery and a small grocery store with fresh fruit and vegetables and regional specialties such as cheese, salami and pasta.
There is also a supermarket, an oil mill and a drinking water fountain in Tignale.

Our bungalow has its own WLAN WiFi with up to 20 Mbit/s download. Use is included in the rental price.
There is no washing machine in the bungalow. However, you can use the laundry room next to the administration/reception. Each wash load (7 kg) costs €4.00 incl. detergent, each drying in the dryer €1.00 (as of: 01.01.2025). There is a drying rack in the bungalow.
Charging an electric car from the bungalow's power supply is not allowed. Charging stations for electric cars are available in Gardola.

Beautiful holiday with a great view.

we had a very nice time in your well-equipped bungalow.
The location is super and the view of the lake is fantastic.
We can only recommend the Bunglow.
The communication with you and the reception went smoothly. Thanks to your many holiday tips, we were able to visit the beautiful Andre Heller Garden, which left a lasting impression on us.

Pure relaxation
Fantastic view with a great terrace.
It was a pleasure to experience the view over the whole lake from sunrise to sunset. The landlord was excellent, helpful and responsive at all times. The surroundings are very nice with many good restaurants.
We will be very happy to come back at the next opportunity.

Magnificent view over Lake Garda.
Beautiful holiday, wonderful terrace with lake view, sun from morning until around 5 pm, perfect for us sun worshippers! Our dog could watch lizards and was busy :-) ...... however, we did not use the pool as the house is located uphill. Kitchen is well-equipped and clean!!! You can tell that the owners take care of it. We would love to come back, maybe for 2 weeks next time :-)

Beautiful vacation at Lake Garda
The bungalow settlement is located in a very beautiful spot with a wonderful view over a large part of Lake Garda. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool in the complex is sufficiently large and the kids can really let off steam. In our bungalow, everything needed for a vacation was available. We felt very comfortable.

Lake Garda simply fantastic
We felt very comfortable in the bungalow with our six-year-old son. The tasteful furnishings left nothing to be desired, and above all, the wonderful view of Lake Garda gave us two very relaxing weeks. The journey home was very difficult for us.
