Cozy 5 + 1 apartment is surrounded by a child-friendly 870 sqm large, open property with trees, flowers and bushes. This spacious apartment (96m2 + big terrace), located in a quiet side street near the supermarket, the butcher autochthonous and autochthonous wine and liquor business and the town center is very comfortable and cozy location (west). Ideal for a quiet family holiday.
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms) for 5 persons. Air conditioning is in the apartment. The living room has a sofa bed for 1-2 people, TV and an exit to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and an exit to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed.
The apartment also has a very well equipped kitchen - gas stove, electric stove, refrigerator (icebox), microwave and coffee machine, access to the terrace.
1 bathroom (with bath, sink, shower, toilet and bidet, window).
1 toilet (with toilet and sink, window).
Other facilities: Internet access (WLAN), washing machine, satellite TV, barbecue.
Terrace is very large (30m2) with table and chairs, with a beautiful sight on green garden.

The apartment is located in a private house in a quiet area of Medulin. This spacious accommodation is in a quiet side street near the supermarket, the butcher autochthonous and autochthonous wine and liquor business and the center also. It is very comfortable and cozy location (west). The sea is cca 650 m. Medulin has: the bank, post office, clinic for tourists, a florist, a wine cellar, hairdresser, various shops, jewelry stores, souvenir shops, ... Llo sports and leisure activities: tennis, football, mini golf, bowling, boccie, beach volleyball, Horse riding. There are schools for windsurfing, sailing, diving, horse riding and water skiing. You can motor boats, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles and motorcycles for rent Medulin is a small town at the southern tip of Istria. Medulin is especially popular for its sandy beach. In Medulin there are countless restaurants, cafes and bars. In the vicinity of Medulin is the National Park Kamenjak - this leads to the southernmost tip of Istria. It is the ideal place for families and nature lovers!

Medulin
A beautiful vacation apartment
We were 3 women, 60 plus. Each had her own room. The kitchen was super big. 2 toilets, bathroom, shower. Large terrace. We were very satisfied. Landlord Sascha and parents were great. Thank you very much for the hospitality ❤️ lich

Holiday apartment Medulin
Beautiful, large, very well-equipped holiday apartment. Shopping facilities very close by, to the sandy beach either a few minutes by car or about 15 minutes on foot. Medulin is a beautiful city.

Vacation apartment
The air conditioning is installed in the kitchen. The bedrooms did not receive any cooling.
The hallway would be perhaps better, if that is feasible.
Otherwise, we were completely satisfied. A very well-maintained vacation apartment where everything works perfectly. The landlords were very, very nice.
We did not use the dishwasher because there was not enough dishes in the cabinet for its use. We didn't mind washing by hand (plenty of space available).
We can highly recommend the vacation apartment.

Medulin Vacation 2018.
The first vacation in Croatia,
the holiday apartment Nina can only be rated as SUPER!
We arrived in Medulin about 2 hours early and were warmly welcomed by the landlord, who showed us the apartment and explained this and that. Sasa and his parents always had an open ear when there were problems. Sasa recommended various restaurants where you could get excellent dishes at reasonable prices. All in all, it was a GREAT vacation and we will gladly rent the vacation apartment again next time. Many warm greetings from Konstanze, Bernd, and the children to Sasa and his parents. See you again, probably in June 2019.

Holiday Croatia
As a first vacation in Croatia with predominantly positive impressions, we explored the beautiful historic cities of Dubrovnik and Split. The crystal-clear Adriatic Sea was perfect for swimming and snorkeling, and the local cuisine left us craving more. The picturesque landscapes and friendly locals made our trip unforgettable.
