Great family-friendly house!

A lovingly furnished house where you immediately feel at home! There is plenty of space for the whole family !! The house is equipped with everything so that a relaxing vacation can start right away! The kitchen has just been completely renovated! A beautiful new eye-catcher in the living area! After a sunny day at the beach, the garden invites you to linger. The location of the house is very nice and quiet, only 10 minutes' walk to the beautiful beach !! We can only recommend this vacation home from several years of experience !!!

Summer vacation

We had a very nice and relaxing holiday in the holiday home of the Bolz family. The house is comfortably furnished and lacks nothing. The house is located in a traffic-calmed cul-de-sac, so even younger children can play safely on the street. The beach and the promenade with shopping facilities are easily accessible. Trips to nearby towns are easily possible by bike and car. The landlord is always available for questions. We will gladly come back.

Schönes Haus

The house is located in a residential area with holiday homes from the 70s. Accordingly, the houses are quite large for Dutch standards. This house has a large garden and suitable size inside as well. Lovingly furnished with a large renovated bathroom. There is even a washing machine. Especially pleasant, a small bathroom with a toilet upstairs in the sleeping area. Hardly any car traffic. If you value action and gastronomy, this is definitely the wrong place. The next town, Cadzand Bad, is one big construction site, which you don't notice in the holiday village. It takes 5 minutes by bike to reach the beautiful beach. Not crowded even during the holidays! Conclusion: Ideal for families with children looking to spend a beach vacation!

Holiday home Spaanse Galeien 50

Very cozy and tastefully decorated house. Equipped with everything you need. Only the spiral staircase is quite narrow. However, this is probably typical and was not a problem for us. The house is quiet yet close to the town of Cadzand-Bad (about 7 minutes by bike and 15-20 minutes on foot) and just a few minutes by bike to the beach. The beach is also easily accessible on foot and the beach area there is very beautiful. Right next to "Het Zwin" and the "Haifischzahn" beach. We found a few fossil teeth.
The terrace towards the garden is very cozy and undisturbed thanks to the garden planting.
We (2 adults and 2 children) felt very comfortable and will come back again.

Holiday apartment Cadzand Bad

This beautifully furnished holiday home is located in a traffic-calmed area in Cadzand Bad, about 8 minutes to the center of Cadzand Bad. We were there now, in the autumn holidays, with our 2 grandsons, and felt completely comfortable. Our grandchildren could ride their bikes to the beach (5 minutes) or around the resort after breakfast. I, or we, can only highly recommend this house. Our grandchildren and we will remember this beautiful time for a long time. I can only give 5 stars for everything, that's not exaggerated. The owner was always available for questions or suggestions.

Cozy holiday home in a quiet location

The holiday home is somewhat older but has been continuously renovated and maintained. Recently, the bathrooms were renewed. It is comfortably furnished and situated in a wonderfully beautiful location on the edge of a nature reserve. The whole area is pleasantly quiet. It is only a few minutes to the beach. The town center is also easily reached. There you can find everything you need for your holiday. We rented bicycles there and mainly explored the area with them. We only needed the car for a day trip to Bruges and for the first big shopping trip.
You can take wonderful bike tours along the coast and to the surrounding areas. A day trip to Middelburg with a bike and ferry is also highly recommended.
You can relax wonderfully on the extensive beach or in the holiday home garden.
A thoroughly successful holiday, we will gladly come back!

All good.

My friend and I felt very well taken care of both in the house and in contact with the landlord and the agency de Zeester. The bathroom downstairs was beautifully renovated, some parts are regularly renewed by the owner, and you can find homely details everywhere.

The kitchen is well equipped, we never felt that anything essential was missing. The location is quiet in a cul-de-sac, only in the garden, you occasionally hear a passing car.

The opportunity for long beach walks, well-marked bike paths, shopping options in the village itself or in the surrounding area leave nothing to be desired.

Relevant literature and the vastness of the internet provide further good information about Cadzand-Bad or Zeeland.

We will gladly come back!

Cozy, excellent location, suitable for families.

The first contact with the landlord was very friendly and absolutely uncomplicated. The later handling was also smooth and simple. The key handover on site in Cadzand was also very straightforward.

The house is located in a very quiet park right by the dunes, great location and starting point for beautiful walks - ideal for families. The town of Cadzand Bad can be reached on foot within a few minutes. The house is very cozy and well-equipped, offering enough space for 6 people plus potentially small children. We were four adults, a 4-year-old child, and a 6-week-old infant - the house was ideal for this.

We will definitely come back and can highly recommend the house and the landlord.

Peace and quiet in the beautiful holiday home

Very quiet and beautifully situated holiday home with southwest-facing garden. Nicely furnished house, well equipped. 400 m from the very beautiful beach.
Even in not so good weather, one can stay here. Enchanting wild rabbits and a pair of robins regularly visit the garden.
We had a very nice and peaceful holiday week there.

Restful days

The contact and communication with the landlord were very good. The furnishings have everything you need but are unfortunately a bit outdated. Some repairs and renovations are necessary in our opinion. Despite everything, we had a relaxing week in a quiet environment and near a beautiful beach. The surroundings are ideal for dog owners.

Great relaxing vacation

The proximity to the beach and the bike paths is simply fantastic. With the bike, you can quickly buy bread and other groceries. In 5 minutes, you are at the baker's counter. Cozy furnishings in the vacation home. According to the landlord, the bathrooms will be renovated in autumn 2016, making the vacation home highly recommended. Great holiday, we will gladly come back.

Quiet and close to the beach and nature reserve, an excellent alternative to the Belgian coast, a magnificent large garden with evening sun, a very tasteful living area where you immediately feel good. A bit far to the (good!) bakery in the less pretty Cadzand, no cribs or high chairs for children, overall, a great stay. We would go there again.

Men's hiding place :-)

I was in this beautifully located house with my two sons. One week of male bonding, one week of relaxation and plenty of space. Everything is there, simply to feel good. If you like to cook for yourself and want to find everything you need for household tasks just like at home, this is the right place for you. My boys loved having a whole house for the three of us.
Ages of the three vacationers: 39, 14, and 12 years

Lovingly furnished house by the nature reserve/beach

That's how we would have furnished our holiday home, in a maritime style, beautiful. From the house, it's a 10-minute walk to the most beautiful part of Cadzand beach and the Het Zwin nature reserve. The garden gets constant sun and little wind, so there's nothing stopping you from having dinner in the sun. In the morning and evening, wild rabbits visit the garden, our children were delighted. Finally, a holiday home with enough dishes. The house is older but in good condition. The town/shopping area is about a 10-minute walk away. 20 minutes walk. Super nice landlords. Close to the university and shopping facilities. Quiet location, ideal for students.

Great house in a quiet location

The house is situated very quietly in a beautiful cozy park. Very comfortably furnished and everything necessary is available. Unfortunately, a small walk is needed for fresh bread rolls in the morning. Otherwise, you can easily get everywhere by bike. The beach is reachable after a short walk.
