Description
Our holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase. It has a kitchen-living room with dining table, a master bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two single beds, a large living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On request, a travel cot can be added, which means that the flat can then be occupied by up to 6 people. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. Parking space and storage facilities for bicycles are directly at the house.

Our furnished holiday flat with all comforts, in a quiet location of Esens, only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre of Esens offers everything for your relaxing stay is located on the upper floor of our house which was built in 2001 and can be reached via an external staircase with separate entrance. It is only a 5-minute walk to the town centre, where you will find shopping facilities, a doctor and a pharmacy. For our younger guests there is a playground directly in our cul-de-sac location, where our house is also located. If the weather is bad, there is an indoor play park in Esens (Klabautermann). Esens is your lovable town at the speaks for a relaxing holiday at every season in the healthy climate of our East Frisian coast. The North Sea spa resort of Esens - Bensersiel offers you many possibilities to enjoy your holiday in a carefree and varied way, as well as numerous spa facilities. You can take the ferry over to Langeoog every two hours from Bensersiel and then visit the island of Spiekeroog.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of cancellation of your vacation booked with us, we unfortunately have to charge cancellation fees. These cancellation fees are as follows: - Up to the 45th day before the start of the trip: 10% - Up to the 30th day before the start of the trip: 25% - Up to the 22nd day before the start of the trip: 50% - Thereafter: 80% of the rental price. We will, of course, do our utmost to rebook the accommodation for someone else! For any days that we succeed in doing so, we will not charge you any cancellation fees. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

In the event of cancellation of your holiday booked with us, we unfortunately have to charge cancellation fees. This cancellation fee amounts to: up to 10% before the start of the holiday up to 25% before the start of the holiday up to 50% before the start of the holiday afterwards 80% of the rental price. We will of course make every effort to find accommodation elsewhere! For days on which this is possible, we will not charge you any cancellation fees.

Spacious and clean apartment, modern and solidly equipped. Ideal for a young family with up to three children. Quiet residential area in Esens, short distances to the historic old town, a few minutes by car to Bensersiel harbor and beach, easily accessible by bike as well. Very nice landlords, we would love to come back.

Parent's bedroom
We really cursed the bed in the parent's bedroom. A 1.60-meter small, extremely creaky bed. We would have wished that the size of the bed was mentioned in the apartment description.

On the North Sea coast.
Very beautiful and sparkling clean, well-equipped vacation apartment. Quiet location and yet you can reach the charming old town of Esens on foot in five minutes. Bensersiel only 4 km away.
We will gladly come back!
