Description
Our holiday flat is located on the upper floor of our house with a separate entrance via an outside staircase. It has a kitchen-living room with dining table, a master bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two single beds, a large living room and a bathroom with shower and toilet. On request, a travel cot can be added, which means that the flat can then be occupied by up to 6 people. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. Parking space and storage facilities for bicycles are directly at the house.

Our furnished holiday flat with all comforts, in a quiet location of Esens, only 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre of Esens offers everything for your relaxing stay is located on the upper floor of our house which was built in 2001 and can be reached via an external staircase with separate entrance. It is only a 5-minute walk to the town centre, where you will find shopping facilities, a doctor and a pharmacy. For our younger guests there is a playground directly in our cul-de-sac location, where our house is also located. If the weather is bad, there is an indoor play park in Esens (Klabautermann). Esens is your lovable town at the speaks for a relaxing holiday at every season in the healthy climate of our East Frisian coast. The North Sea spa resort of Esens - Bensersiel offers you many possibilities to enjoy your holiday in a carefree and varied way, as well as numerous spa facilities. You can take the ferry over to Langeoog every two hours from Bensersiel and then visit the island of Spiekeroog.

We will, of course, do our utmost to rebook the accommodation for someone else! For any days that we succeed in doing so, we will not charge you any cancellation fees. Therefore, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Spacious and clean apartment, modern and solidly equipped. Ideal for a young family with up to three children. Quiet residential area in Esens, short distances to the historic old town, a few minutes by car to Bensersiel harbor and beach, easily accessible by bike as well. Very nice landlords, we would love to come back.

Parent's bedroom
We really cursed the bed in the parent's bedroom. A 1.60-meter small, extremely creaky bed. We would have wished that the size of the bed was mentioned in the apartment description.

On the North Sea coast.
Very beautiful and sparkling clean, well-equipped vacation apartment. Quiet location and yet you can reach the charming old town of Esens on foot in five minutes. Bensersiel only 4 km away.

Beautiful flat
The flat is in a very quiet location on a side street. Nevertheless, you can reach all the shops for shopping and strolling on foot within 10 minutes. By car it is about 8 minutes to the beach where you can park for free.
Mr. and Mrs. Strunz are very nice landlords. We would always spend our holiday there again.

Quiet, modern, spacious, clean
We stayed in the vacation rental for 7 days. The apartment was very clean, smelled pleasant, is very spacious, and located extremely quietly (yet only a short minute from the center!).
The apartment lacks nothing that is necessary for everyday life. Microwave, oven, stove, fridge-freezer combo, WiFi, TV, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, even a radio in the kitchen. I probably forgot something :-)
A private parking space right in front of the staircase, which, it must be said, is extremely steep and has narrow steps, so that younger children can only go down with supervision (but in vacation you have time and it is not a problem), is also included.
If there was ever anything to ask, they always listened, gave us tips, and immediately helped us out. We were completely satisfied with the apartment and the landlord couple and would like to come back if we may.

Beautiful, modern, spacious, and clean apartment in a great location in Esens (quietly located in a dead-end street but still only a few minutes' walk from the center). The room layout is well suited for families with children, and the apartment is equipped with everything necessary. It would be desirable to have a little more cutlery so that it doesn't have to be washed twice a day. But otherwise, everything is great! We would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. The apartment is modern and has all the necessary amenities. It takes 5 minutes to get to the city center of Esens, and about 15 minutes by car to reach the beach in Bensersiel. We can highly recommend this beautiful accommodation, and we will definitely spend our vacation here again.

We found a very large, super clean, well-furnished and well-equipped vacation apartment for our family holiday at the Strutz family's. The apartment is located in a quiet and very well-maintained residential neighborhood. Playground, bakery, city center, and nature are within walking distance in a few minutes, immediate access to cycle paths to the beach is available. The booking and registration were quick and uncomplicated. The contact with the Strutz family was very friendly and open for us. A completely successful holiday with a great relaxation factor. We would love to come back!
