Holiday flat:
The flat () is located on the first floor of a detached house in a quiet residential area. There are 2 bright bedrooms, a combined living room/kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub and WC as well as a hallway at your disposal. You have satellite TV as well as radio. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery, kettle and coffee machine. You enter the flat through a separate entrance. Parking facilities are available. There is also seating outside. Barbecue is allowed, but you have to bring everything yourself. Furthermore, you have a lockable bicycle shed. Smoking is not allowed in the house.

Arrival:
Arrival is possible from 3 pm to 6 pm. We make the holiday flat available until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
General information:
We provide bed linen free of charge. Please bring your own towels.

With the spa card (Kaiserbäderkarte) you can use the buses free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

The flat is located in the residential area at the Krebsseen on the first floor of a detached house. In 20 min you are at the fine sandy beach. Shops are within a 10-minute walk. Bansin is not only a seaside resort, but also an imperial resort. The name seaside resort promises sun, beach, water and relaxation.

Beautiful flat

The flat is bright and modernly furnished. Everything you need is there. There is also outdoor seating and a barbecue to enjoy the sun when you don't want to go to the beach. We were able to store our bikes in a locked shed. The beach is only about 15 minutes away and parking is hard to come by, so it's not that far.

recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

free time activities: Wandern, Radfahren, Strand- und Museumsbesuche sind möglich. Tagestickets für Bahn ermöglicht Inselerkundung ohne Auto!

shopping facilities: Der Lidl ist keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort wird demnächst ein Bäcker eröffnet, so dass man nicht mehr bis ins Zentrum muss, um frische Brötchen zu bekommen.
