This cosy holiday flat for up to 6 people is located in a quiet side street.
A seating area with barbecue can be used in the garden. The flat has a west-facing balcony.
The rooms are lovingly decorated and include two bedrooms with double bed and single beds, a hallway, an open-plan kitchen/living room with balcony and a large bathroom.

Very nice vacation apartment!

The Swallow's Nest is a very beautiful, clean vacation apartment, with very good amenities! Nice landlords. Uncomplicated arrival and departure. Only a lakeside location would have topped it off, but you know that in advance.

Beautiful vacation apartment with sea view in a quiet location.

The apartment is very clean, fully equipped, and beautiful. There are many games for game nights; you can also enjoy the evening on the balcony. Very nice hosts. This time we only managed to see a small part of Ratzeburg. Unfortunately, we were only there for a short time, but we would love to stay in this apartment again for a longer period and explore the surroundings of Ratzeburg.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt! : Very nice stay!

Everything was perfect here! There were four of us (two children) in the apartment and we were warmly welcomed. The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. There is plenty of storage space.

Fortunately, the weather was good and so we were able to use the nearby swimming spot.
To make our happiness complete, only a standard filter coffee machine was missing (Senseo is not our thing at all), but with the kettle and the available filter, we were able to make our coffee "manually". There is also a French press available. So, nitpicking at a high level ;-).

We will gladly come back.

Perfect flat in beautiful surroundings

The holiday flat had everything you need, was very comfortably furnished and was almost directly on the lake. The contact with the rental/mother-in-law of our landlord was super nice. The children felt just as comfortable as we did. The flat comes with two rental bikes, so we were able to explore the area with the children
We will be happy to come back

An extra plus goes to the fact that a Ukrainian family found a temporary home above our apartment. Thank you for this hospitality, Levin + Luge family
