The holiday flats are located in a former stove factory where beautiful handmade stove tiles were produced for over 90 years.
The flat has an area of approx. 100 sqm and is designed for four people. It has a bright, friendly bedroom with a double bed, a large living room with a separate sleeping alcove and double bed, a large cosy kitchen, a modern, large bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate toilet.

In a culturally and historically significant environment between Berlin, Dresden, Prague and Wroclaw, between the Giant, Isar and Zittau Mountains, the Oberland, the Upper Lusatian pond and lake landscape and the Spreewald, attractive for combining city tourism and recreational opportunities in the great outdoors.
Guided city tours, museums, Görlitz music theatre and summer theatre, cosy and stylish restaurants and pubs, also in easily accessible Zgorzelec. Görlitz is considered one of the most beautiful cities in Germany. Here, architectural styles from the Middle Ages to the Wilhelminian period have been preserved in unique completeness or largely restored since the fall of communism. Moreover, it lies in an important cultural-historical region, at the intersection, as it were, of the cities of Dresden and Wroclaw or Prague and Berlin, which can be easily reached from here. In earlier centuries, this landscape was not only fiercely contested (Thirty Years' War, Silesian Wars), but also courted by well-heeled people who wanted to settle in Görlitz. Even today, the city offers itself as an attractive place to live with its hall houses and numerous Wilhelminian style houses. For many tourists, experiencing or visiting this residential culture is also a reason for a stay in Görlitz.

Again and again with pleasure
I stayed in the flat for 13 days and felt very comfortable. The beautiful old building flat is very individually and tastefully furnished with antiques, and the walls are hung with pictures painted by the previous tenant. The kitchen is also well equipped, the bathroom is large and as good as new. I liked the bedroom almost best, it was very cosy, the mattresses were good. The location is ideal, in 5 to 10 minutes you are in the old town at the Untermarkt, but also in a shopping centre and at Demianiplatz, with the tram and bus stops. Görlitz is worth a visit, and if I come back again, I would like to come back to this flat.

Dream holiday flat
Just great enthusiasm for the gorgeous holiday flat, spacious, tasteful, practical and luxurious, the garden, the parking space and the lovely, open-minded hosts. We felt soooo comfortable and our next trip here is already being planned!
