Welcome to our holiday apartment for up to four people in Görlitz. The accommodation is located on the 1st floor and offers two separate bedrooms, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern shower bathroom. The apartment is spaciously designed, comfortably furnished, and ideal for guests who value peace, cleanliness, and reliable amenities. The amenities include a flat-screen TV, a comfortable corner sofa, a modern fitted kitchen with all essential appliances, a double bed (180×200), plenty of storage space, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. A reserved parking space is available to you directly on the property, and of course you can use free Wi-Fi.

For bicycles you bring with you, we offer a weather-protected bicycle stand. Please note that, for reasons of space and safety, e-bikes, tandems, or recumbent bikes cannot be accommodated. Charging electrically powered vehicles is not permitted anywhere on the premises or in the apartments – this also applies to devices with removable batteries such as e-scooters or hoverboards. In order for us to organize everything properly, we kindly ask you to briefly register your bicycles when booking or at the latest before arrival. The apartment is non-smoking; however, smoking is allowed on the terrace. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.

Our accommodation is located in a quiet district of Görlitz (Rauschwalde/Südstadt). Bus stops, shopping facilities, and the historic old town can be reached within a few minutes. The location is suitable for both vacationers and business travelers who appreciate a pleasant mix of tranquility and good connections. Görlitz itself impresses with an exceptionally well-preserved old town, diverse architecture, and an exciting history. The city is also a popular location for international film productions. Nature lovers will also get their money’s worth: forests, hills, lakes, and the nearby Zittau Mountains Nature Park invite you to go hiking, cycling, and on excursions.
