The house is 160 m² (1800 square ft). It comprises a spacious living room of 50 m2 (525 square ft) with an open-plan kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 2 WC and 2 bathrooms. It can house 8, maximum 10 persons.
The villa is situated in the midst of 12000 m2 (3 acres) of garden with fruit trees, olive trees, oak alley, and a small forest of pine trees. You can enjoy a salted swimming pool on the terrace in front of the house.
All the property is safely enclosed, your pets will be safe and they are welcome.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is on the foot of the Trevarese hill with a direct access with a lane. You can then hike and bike directly from the domain without crossing any road.
You will have the choice of hiking nearby the canal if you like flat lane or on the Trevarese if you rather like to climb.
You are in between the vineyards of the neighbouring “chateau du Seuil” where you can wine taste.
You will be able to find other vineyards going towards Rognes, Puyricard ou Saint-Cannat.
You will taste the cuisine of the numerous restaurants in the surroundings
You will visit the most charming villages around : Rognes, Lambesc, Ventabrun
You will discover the open-air markets of Provence, like the one of Puyricard on Friday morning or those in Aix on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning. The Villa is located in the commune of Aix-en-Provence, in the very quiet countryside in the middle of vineyards, olive groves and pine trees.
Located a few miles north of Aix-en-Provence, you are ideally situated between the Aix annual festival of classical music and the international piano festival of La Roque d'Antheron. And you are less than one mile away from the Grand Saint-Jean Theatre!

Cancellation terms:

For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

You will go and swim on the blue cost, either at Carry-le-Rouet if you like to dive in the natural fish reserve or at at Sausset-les-pins if you are more into surf or paddle. Or just anywhere on the cost if you just want to relax on a beach.
You will visit Aix and will follow the steps of Cezanne by following his route that leads to Bibemus and Saint-Victoire without forgetting to visit the Picasso castle at Vauvenargues.
At Marseille, capital of culture 2013, you will take a boat at the famous “vieux port” to visit the island of Monte-Christo with its castle/prison and the other islands of “Frioul”. You will then visit the famous cathedral on the hill: Notre-dame-de-la-garde.
You will go to Cassis to taste their famous Rosé on the harbor after having visited the Calanques by boat or on foot.
You will go to Lubéron and visit the numerous medieval villages : Cadenet, Beaulieu, Lacoste, Gordes, Menerbes,
The bravest will go to the Verdon’s gorges.

Amazing !!!
We spent an amazing time in this paradise place....
The house is located in a lovely country side and very quiet.
The pool was huge and the wooden terrace around added to the charm.
recommend for: adventure and experience, disabled persons, seniors, holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
