Description

The holiday home, which is excellently suited for family celebrations, welcomes up to 27 guests and is quietly located in a tiny settlement amidst the idyllic nature of the Enz Valley in the Neuerburg region of the Eifel. At the foot of the house runs the Enz Valley Cycle Path, and it is surrounded by hiking trails.

The house was completely renovated in 2013 and generously expanded in 2016. With a total living area of over 360m², the house is ideally suited for a shared holiday with family or friends, as the living space is divided into four independent sections. This way, all guests enjoy a pleasant sense of privacy on the one hand, while still being able to arrange joint activities on the other. The house consists of the main house, a side wing, an attic apartment, and a guest lounge. A total of nine bedrooms with various sleeping options are available to you throughout the entire house. One bedroom is a mattress dormitory with 8 beds.

In the outdoor area of the house, several terraces offer the opportunity to barbecue and dine outside or simply enjoy the pure natural air. Garden furniture is of course available for this purpose. A large built-in garden grill will also satisfy large groups. On the one hand, there is a terrace at ground level to the main house and side wing; on the other hand, there is also a partially covered terrace in front of the attic, which results from the location on the slope. Furthermore, there are eight private parking spaces in front of the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Our holiday homes are located in the German-Luxembourg Nature Park and the Southern Eifel Nature Park - there is much to discover there. Cycle paths invite you to take a trip into nature. Many bicycle-friendly hosts are waiting for your visit. Furthermore, the Eifel offers many wildlife parks and zoos as well as swimming pools and lakes. There are many possibilities to spend an eventful day in the Eifel recreation area.

There are many small towns and villages in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home in the Eifel. Many medieval half-timbered houses also attract visitors to the Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm. Restaurants, bistros and cafés invite you to linger. In the towns of the southern Eifel you can visit churches, monasteries and museums. Castles and palaces are also worth seeing in the Eifel holiday region near our holiday home and holiday flats.

This holiday home costs between 950€ (low season) and 1,250€ for a weekend. Weekdays are significantly cheaper, holidays and bridge days are more expensive. The number of guests is not relevant for the price. The prices include energy, water, internet, VAT and . For 10€ per person you can optionally book bed linen and towels. The minimum stay is 2 (standard) to 4 nights (holidays).

As the holiday home is close to 3 other holiday homes, the volume should be adapted to the time of day in the evening and there should be quiet outside from 11 pm onwards. We are happy about friendly, funny and sociable guests who want to meet in our house to spend time together. However, under no circumstances should our house and our neighbours be affected by this. Please be considerate - of furnishings, noise levels and night's rest. We therefore cannot recommend the holiday home for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to 25 years of age). Stag parties and binge drinking are also not welcome.
