in our beautiful, bright, absolutely quiet holiday apartment (54 sqm) with a magnificent lake view and Mediterranean flair:
On the south side is the spacious, tasteful, sunny dining and living area with natural stone terrace. From there you can let your gaze wander over our romantic, natural garden with box trees, fragrant roses, and cypresses all the way to Lake Constance, with its unique, undeveloped lakeshore opposite. On the cooler side of the house, a romantic bedroom with a double bed (2 separate mattresses) invites you to dream.
The small kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast and smaller dishes.
The bathroom is by Philippe Starck 2 (Duravit), the fittings are by Hans Grohe. Enjoy the first rays of sunshine in the morning, or let the evening come to a close after an eventful day with a glass of wine on your own natural stone terrace, overlooking the romantic garden all the way to Lake Constance.
The holiday apartment has a separate entrance.
Internet connection, WiFi, towels, bed linen, cleaning utensils, and dish towels are, of course, included with us. Free parking space and storage for your bicycles are located directly at the house.

Free bus or train transfer on arrival and departure days from Sipplingen station.
We are also happy to offer you a free shopping service on your arrival day.

Absolutely quiet location, in a high-quality residential area, surrounded by picturesque hills and steep banks, at the end of a cul-de-sac, adjacent to the nature reserve with a 50 km long wild and romantic hiking area.
Only a few minutes' walk:
to the lake with a beautiful promenade and 2 wonderfully located restaurants, as well as a free, well-maintained outdoor swimming pool, numerous water sports options, and a boat dock. To the historic town center with beautiful half-timbered houses, well-stocked grocery store (fresh rolls also on Sundays), bakery, stationery shop, beverage market, post office, tailor, pharmacy, dentist, doctor, 2 banks.

Cancellation terms:
Here is the translation to English: For a refund of 50%, the cancellation must be made 90 days before check-in. If less than 90 days remain, there is no refund. If we are able to re-rent the holiday apartment, you only have to pay the difference. If you are unable to travel for health reasons, please transfer the amount and we offer you the option to move the booked period to another available period that is free at short notice, in consultation with us.

Wonderful holiday
We spent a wonderful week in this holiday flat. The bright and friendly flat is lovingly furnished, with many details and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very friendly, always approachable and had many tips for activities and hikes in the surrounding area. We felt comfortable and welcome.
Many hikes are possible directly from the flat. Shopping facilities and public transport (train, bus and boat) are within walking distance.
If we were to holiday at Lake Constance again, we would be happy to find accommodation in this beautiful holiday flat again!
