Welcome to a maritime furnished holiday home from 2011 on the outskirts of Bodstedt / Pruchten. The house is situated on the Zingst/Barth cycle path in a quiet location by and in a pine grove, approx. 500m from the Bodden.
You can expect 4 bedrooms for a maximum of 9 persons + baby cot & high chair on request, 1 shower room + 1 guest bathroom, living room + kitchen, carport+bicycle shed+3 parking spaces on the property, a large terrace and a balcony with sea/Bodden view. The house has a wood-burning stove and heat pump heating. Rainwater is used for toilet flushing
Smoking in the house and bringing animals is not allowed.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for a fee.

Location and surroundings of object
The quickest way to find the house is to Google "Bodstedt Ferienhaus Mare". In Bodstedt you will find a traditional harbour with old Zeesen boats that invite you to sail along, a summer cinema, several restaurants, a bicycle/bike and boat rental
The region is known as a popular nature, fishing and kite-surfing area. The beach at the Bodden with sunbathing lawn and jetty can be reached on foot in approx. 15min from the holiday home. After another 2 minutes you reach the "OLD PORT", from where, depending on the season, passenger ships leave several times a day for Bodden tours and crane watching or as ferries towards Darss. The distance to the Baltic Sea spa resort of Zingst with its Baltic Sea beach is approx. 8km
A cafe with snack bar + bar (many varieties) is only 50m from the holiday home.
With a tourist fishing licence you can fish in the Baltic Sea and the Bodden. You do not need a boating licence in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to drive a motorboat with a power of up to 15 hp.

Wenn sich kein neuer Mieter findet, beträgt die Entschädigung bei Kündigung bis 30 Tage vor Mietbeginn 25% des Mietpreises, bis 15 Tage 35%, bis 8 Tage 50%, bis 2 Tage 70% und einen Tag vor Anreise 95% des Mietpreises.

Family reunion
Once again we had a wonderful weekend at Haus Mare.
New seating furniture and good internet reception have increased the comfort even more.
We have fond memories of our stay. Mr. Tapfer took care of us again.

Toller Herbsturlaub
Im Ferienhaus ist alles vorhanden (sogar Bücher und Spiele), die Umgebung ist auch in der Nachsaison eine Reise wert und Herr Tapfer ist bei Fragen immer erreichbar.

Treffen mit Freunden
Wir haben, mit Freunden, ein entspanntes und erlebnisreiches Wochenende verbracht. Im Haus Mare war alles super organisiert und sehr ordentlich.
Der Verwalter Herr Tapfer ist sehr freundlich und hat uns hilfreich unterstützt.
Familie Plitt war für auftretende Fragen immer offen und hilfsbereit.
Gerne kommen wir als Gäste wieder!

Ferienhaus für die Großfamilie
Schönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Kamin, Balkon mit Seeblick. Cafe Wolli bietet Kuchen und Eis, am Hafen in Bodstedt kann man super essen. Zentrale Lage zwischen Rostock-Fischland/Darß/Zingst und Stralsund. Zum Strand ist es per Rad oder Auto auch nicht weit.
