The comfortably furnished house has a large, newly furnished kitchen-living room, which is equipped with all the necessary details. You will find a cooker, microwave, toaster, etc. as well as a washing machine.
Adjacent is the sun terrace, which invites you to relax or have breakfast. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed on the ground floor, another bedroom with a double bed on the first floor and a children's room with 2 single beds. There is also an extra children's bathroom for your little ones. An open wooden staircase leads from the ground floor to the upper floor. The wooden staircase has a handrail and the open part was covered with safety glass. The staircase has also been fitted with a permanently installed child safety door. In addition, if you are travelling with a child up to the age of 3, you have access to a high chair and a travel cot incl. mattress, duvet/pillow and 2 sets of children's bed linen (already included in your booking price). Furthermore, 2 additional infants up to 3 years) can be accommodated. A children's travel bed is also available, as long as it is not otherwise occupied, otherwise the travel beds for the 2 small children must be brought along (please discuss details with the owner). All in all, bed linen and towels for 6 persons are already included in the price, for additional persons bed linen and towels are included in the extra bed price. The flat is equipped with all comforts. Loving furnishing details and naturalness can be found throughout the house.

Bike shelter. Shopping facilities are also around the corner. It is only a 7-minute walk to the beautiful fine sandy beach and you can enjoy the sea.
This is also where the beautiful promenade runs from Bansin via Heringsdorf to Ahlbeck with many small cafés, restaurants and boutiques as well as the impressive pier with a pier for the excursion boats.

Heringsdorf is one of the 3 imperial resorts on Usedom and is the oldest seaside resort on the island.
