The holiday flat Lütt Matten is located in the annexe of Villa Cornelia/ Usedom/ Talblick. It is ideally located for the beach and the centre, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. A locked bicycle storage room is available in the Villa Talblick.
The holiday flat was newly renovated and furnished in 2020.
Located on the ground floor with a separate entrance, the flat is equipped with a living and sleeping area, large fold-out couch, comfortable double bed 1.80m wide, TV 80cm diagonal, radio, modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. The bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC, illuminated mirror, hairdryer. A lockable bicycle cellar is available for a fee (1,50€ per bicycle).
A private terrace is available.
A parking space is available directly on the property.
