Description
Rustic and romantic, our hut is located on the Stummerberg in the middle Zillertal and offers space for 10 people. We have renovated it with love and are quite sure that everyone who spends his holiday at the Lushäusl , unforgettable moments to take home. Cosy evenings in the hut,
Barbecue evenings with friends or family.... There you can enjoy the peace and quiet in the Zillertal mountains.
On the ground floor there is an anteroom (cloakroom) a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a view stove for cosy hours, a cosy parlour with a tiled stove, 2 bathrooms and a WC
The Lushäusl has 2 floors, on the upper floor are 2 double rooms and a toilet, in the attic are two cozy 3 bed rooms. If you come to the hut after a long day of hiking, then enjoy the fresh mountain air with a glass of wine in the wine arbor in front of the hut, cozy summer evenings with freshly grilled from the house's own charcoal grill fireplace.
Our beautiful valley also has a lot to offer for active guests. Cross-country skiing trails, summer toboggan run (also open in winter) via ferrata for children and adults, some of the best skiing areas and much more.We would also recommend the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen with sauna and wellness area.
Other activities: snowshoeing, tobogganing, snowboarding, skiing
At the Achensee is the 18 hole golf course to reach in about 30 minutes by car from the hut.
Golf: The mini-golf course in Stumm, about 5 minutes from the hut, is very popular with our younger guests.
The newly built playground in Zell am Ziller is also worth a visit.

| Information: The cottage has room for 10 people. Spring, summer and autumn prices are valid up to 5 persons, each additional person: 20€ /night On weekends (low season) the price is per object /day Children discount (spring , summer and autumn) from the 5 person are children up to 12 years €10/night. Winter prices are per object and stay. Christmas, New Year's Eve and carnival prices: On request. Dogs are welcome in our cottage we charge per dog 50€/week Bed linen and towels have to be brought by the tenant or can be rented from us (1bed linen + 1towel+1bath towel per person 10€) There is a washing machine in the house. You have to bring your own detergent Per washing load 2 Euro. |

Vacation for 8 with a Lab.
The landlord was very nice and friendly. Everything was lovingly furnished and very clean. Equipment TOP.
Bathrooms very modern!
Despite the chaos with 6 teenagers, it was definitely the best and most spacious accommodation for us in 6 years.
Our lab was also happy and loves the snow. Drying room for ski equipment available.
All in all, highly recommended!!!!

Cozy accommodation
We had a family vacation and felt comfortable right away. Everything you need is available. The bread service is great; you can start the day with a delicious breakfast. Very friendly landlady. We also had great weather! That's how a vacation should be.

We were completely satisfied, great house which was very clean, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a super wooden seating area.
A huge praise to the Gruber family. They were super friendly, flexible and helpful. The children also had a lot of fun and found playmates. We will definitely come back again.

Above the rooftops of Stumm
beautiful old, well renovated farmhouse with fabulous 180° view over the Zillertal, suitable for a large family : with own garden house and slide for the children, big, clean pool, nice toys, kitchen-living room,4 nice bedrooms etc.: a place to feel good !
