The flat with 2 rooms on approx. 40 sqm with modern kitchen (fully equipped - cooker, oven, espresso machine, etc.), modern shower room and small south-facing balcony is located in the flat house "Meeresblick" (1st floor), directly on the dune.
Here you will find your own wellness area with indoor swimming pool and saunas, free of charge for our guests.
There is also a fully equipped kitchenette in the living area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large built-in corner wardrobe. A cot can be added on request.
On the furnished balcony terrace you will find your own beach chair.

Haus Meeresblick is located directly on a beach dune at the edge of the Baabe spa gardens.
Bathing is not only possible in front of the house in the fresh water of the Baltic Sea, but also in the wellness area of the holiday home complex - swimming pool and sauna free for our guests!
The kilometre-long, beautiful Baltic Sea beach is just a few steps from the front door
To the north is the spa park, which connects the property with the Baltic seaside resort of
Baabe and the rhododendron park to the west, which impresses with its splendour of blossoms on 4.5 hectares
impresses.
A stroll through Baabe is possible on foot, the nearby spa centre offers many interesting things.
Hikes or wonderful bike tours are possible directly from the house - or a ride on the steam train "Rasender Roland"
Rügen offers an incredible number of excursion destinations: not only the famous chalk cliffs at the Königsstuhl or the Störtebeker Festival: The seaside resort of Baabe with its wonderfully laid-out Strandstrasse invites you to go shopping or relax in the cosy restaurants and cafes. The spa park and the Kurhaus offer a rich programme of concerts and events all year round.
The eventful surroundings are ideal for excursions and cycling tours.
