Super holiday home

A super-equipped, very lovingly furnished holiday home on the "edge" of Zandvoort. Everything is within walking distance; for the great beach, I recommend a bike. The usable garden is an oasis of calm, and there is enough parking space for a car and bike. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

Great days in Zandvoort Villa

We were at Joyce's for the second time and felt very comfortable again. Joyce is very friendly and easily reachable. The house is very spacious and can accommodate 6 people very well. There are inviting seating options in different places, and the garden and terrace invite you to linger. We would love to come back!

Simply fantastic!

Everything just fit perfectly, starting from the super friendly contact with the landlord to the great rental property. We didn't miss anything. Tips for activities in and around Zandvoort were given to us by the landlord in nice conversations. So, we will gladly come back.

Vacation in a beautiful house with lovely hosts.

We stayed in this very nice holiday home for a week at the beginning of June. We were received very friendly and everything was shown to us. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and nothing is missing. There is plenty of space over 3 floors. The beds are very comfortable, so we slept well. There is a toilet on the ground floor and on the 1st floor. The house also has a cozy garden where you can relax. Zandvoort and the beach are a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, it was a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful vacation home. Thank you Joyce and Eric.

Great house with super hosts!

We stayed in Joyce and Eric's beautiful house for one week in July 2023. The house is very well maintained, well-equipped, and super clean. Perfect for a vacation with children. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, as is the nearest shopping opportunity. Great parking options in front of the house, parking included.

We were very impressed with Joyce's hospitality and received regular tips for activities during our stay. Joyce and Eric are super sweet and happy to help with any questions that arise. We would love to come back!

Large and cozy holiday home, top equipment.

Those who need a lot of space are in the right place: very beautifully furnished and large holiday home with a beautiful garden and attention to detail. The equipment is excellent: crockery, cooking utensils, garden furniture, bathrooms, bedrooms, everything is very, very nice and extensive!
Contact with the landlord is very pleasant and friendly, leaving no question unanswered.
Distance to the sea/city centre/train station is about 10 minutes on foot (there are also several bakers, shops, bike rental etc.), which is relevant as parking is not only expensive but also a few places are available in the city centre. Train connection to Haarlem is 10 minutes, to Amsterdam 30 minutes. For those who want something other than the beach: the national park in the north is nearby and has a varied network of paths, car-free and very beautiful. We would come back!

Well maintained, clean and spacious house

We lived in the house with 6 people. There was enough space for everyone over a total of 3 floors. The size of the ground floor was particularly pleasant, so that we could pursue various activities without squatting on top of each other. The house was also very clean and well maintained, as was the garden
It might be important for families or groups of more than 4 people to know that there is a bedroom on the top floor with a washbasin and shower, but no toilet, i.e. if you need to go to the toilet at night, you have to walk down the stairs at least one floor
The beach was about 10-15 minutes walk at a moderate pace, the supermarket about 10 minutes, which was excellent to stretch your legs.
All in all it was a great holiday. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. We can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Beautiful family holiday at Villa Alexander

We had a very nice holiday in Joyce and Eric's great house

We arrived with 3 adults and 2 children. The layout of the villa is very suitable for this number of people. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful quiet and green garden with great seating on the terrace and a large dining table in the garden. There you can relax wonderfully, enjoy the weather and eat. The large living room with a very comfortable couch and a large dining table is also very nicely and stylishly furnished and offers enough space for all guests. In the cosy kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking on holiday. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The two bedrooms on the first floor are very nicely and modernly furnished, the beds are super comfortable. There is also a large bathroom with 2 washbasins, shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate, which we found very good. On the 2nd floor there is a 3rd bedroom with a large double bed with adjustable single mattresses, dressing room, washstand and shower as well as a large beautiful balcony. All rooms were nicely decorated and clean when we arrived. Only a few more towel hooks in both bathrooms would be a good addition.

The welcome by Joyce was very warm, she also gave us great tips for restaurants and cares about the guests' well-being.

The location of the villa is also very good. It is about 900m each to the beach, centre and train station. We were only on foot or by bike.

The rent for the villa is not quite cheap, but it is justified because of the exclusivity and charm of the property.

Great house, gladly again

Joyce's house is very spacious and furnished to a high standard. There were 6 of us there (including our daughter - 1.5 years old) and we had enough space.
The location is very good. 5 minutes walk to Zandvoort and the beach promenade.
The bakery is also 5 minutes away on foot.
We really didn't want for anything.
Price/performance ratio very fair.

Very beautiful and peaceful accommodation.

We had a great week in Zandvoort, thanks to Joyce and Eric's very beautiful and tastefully decorated villa. We were warmly welcomed by both. During our stay, Joyce also sent us tips for leisure activities. With the bikes we could store in the garden shed, we explored the entire area. We grilled several times in the beautiful garden. The house is equipped with everything you need. We would love to come back.

A dream house + friendly landlords

During the pandemic year, we were looking for suitable accommodation in Zandvoort...we found such a beautiful house - we didn't expect that. From the first contact with Joyce, we had a good feeling and felt very warmly welcomed!!!

The villa was perfect for us (5 people) in terms of space. It is lovingly, stylishly, and high-quality furnished. The garden invites you to relax, and everyone had the opportunity to retreat at times. The location is perfect. We did everything by bike (beach, train, supermarket: all within a maximum of 10 minutes).

We will definitely come back and thank Joyce again from the bottom of our hearts for the hospitality! ! !

A dream house & very welcoming hosts!

We stayed in the house with 6 people (4 adults, 2 children) and had a great week in Zandvoort. The spacious holiday home is tastefully and lovingly furnished. Everything you could wish for is available. The beautiful well-kept garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shopping facilities, restaurants, the beach, and several bike rentals are in the immediate vicinity. Everything is easily accessible on foot. By train, it's just a short trip to Haarlem and Amsterdam. The friendly landlords Joyce and Eric welcomed us very warmly and were always available during our stay. Perfekt

A beautiful house, very harmoniously furnished and above all very clean and spacious. The garden is beautifully landscaped and invites you to linger. The landlords are really nice and the contact with them went smoothly. The location is on the outskirts of Zandvoort in a great residential area and yet central enough. You can walk to the city in 10 minutes. We were completely satisfied and had a great time.

5 stars for location, cleanliness, size of the house, 2 bathrooms, garden, and communication with the nice landlords! We were only two, but we both love it a bit more spacious! The house is actually intended for 6 people. We really liked it! We would recommend this house anytime! Price-performance ratio is also good. Culture and relaxation at the beach, a great combination.

One can only say thank you to the sympathetic landlords Joyce and Eric for making this beautifully furnished house available to holiday guests. We certainly felt very comfortable also because of their warm welcome. The center of Zandvoort and the beach can be reached in about a 10-minute walk. It takes the same amount of time to walk to the train station, from where you can reach Haarlem in 10 minutes and Amsterdam in 30 minutes. For culture enthusiasts who enjoy visiting museums, this is a significant advantage. Villa Alexander is also recommended for a group of 4 or 6 people. God willing, we will definitely come back.

Dream house that leaves nothing to be desired!

We were completely satisfied and felt very comfortable from the first minute. The house is lovingly furnished and very well maintained. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our landlords, and during our stay, they inquired whether we were satisfied and everything was in order. The house is located in a very nice residential area, from where you can reach everything easily on foot. It will definitely not be our last vacation in Villa Alexander :-)

We were 4 adults and 3 young children for a week's holiday in the beautiful house. The house was very spacious and there was plenty of room for privacy. We were 4 adults and 4 children in this house for a week. The equipment and decoration were just as beautiful as in the photos, very tasteful and stylish. With 205 sqm, we had more than enough space. Everywhere beautiful decorations and furnishings, even private photos of the landlord and their family. Kitchen appliances and equipment were super clean. This house has everything you need. The owners have thought of everything. We felt very comfortable. It was really super clean and comfortable. The homeowners Joyce and Eric were super nice and friendly. We would do it again and recommend this house to others.

A very nice house to stay in.

We really enjoyed our stay in this amazing house. It is very spacious and offers privacy as the bedrooms are separated by floors. The house is well insulated and you can hardly hear any noise from other rooms. The garden is well-kept and cozy. The owners are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The only downside is that there is no toilet on the third floor.

Always happy to do so

The house is very spacious and superbly equipped, as well as the garden! We spent a week there with 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space. The homeowners were very helpful in providing us with information about supermarkets and other things! Even small special requests, like a baby cot and a high chair, were arranged for us! There is only one slight downside, the house is located on a busy street, one of the three bedrooms is unfortunately a bit noisy because it faces the street! Otherwise great location, nice landlords and definitely recommendable! We will definitely come back again!

Great family vacation for a week

The house is very large. We spent a week there with two adults and three children. Everyone felt comfortable, and the rooms for the children were also spacious. The house has everything you need. The kitchen cabinets are full. The garden is large enough. There are many seating options outside, so we also enjoyed spending time outdoors.

free time activities: Im Ort kann man sich Fahrräder oder Motorroller mieten. Der Strand bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen, spazieren gehen und im Wasser hat man auch sehr viel Spass.

shopping facilities: Zu Fuß läuft man ca zehn Minuten. Dann hat man Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Mit dem Auto fährt man ca fünf Minuten zu einem großen Lebenmittelgeschäft.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Zandvoort

Rented this holiday home in July for four people. The beach is easily accessible on foot, making it ideal for a nice beach holiday. The house itself is very spacious, has stylish furnishings, and the beautiful garden provided us with many pleasant hours outdoors. shopping facilities: Verschiedene Supermärkte in der Nähe. Eines, welches anhand einer Tiefgarage Parkmöglichkeiten bietet, ist mit dem Auto in ca 2-3 erreichbar

We were guests in this truly beautiful house in Zandvoort for the last 3 weeks. It offers comfortable rooms and a lovely well-kept garden. The living room is very spacious with comfortable and stylish seating. The kitchen is large, cozy, and perfect for cooking. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully and stylishly furnished. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Conclusion: a truly beautiful and stylish holiday oasis - only downside: the house is unfortunately not completely quiet. Still honestly highly recommended.
