Description
The 65 m² fully equipped holiday flat is a former old people's home and is located directly next to a family house. In addition to the kitchen, the living room and the bathroom, the flat has two bedrooms for two people each. A storage room is also available.
The property on which the holiday home is located has a large and very beautiful garden with several seating and barbecue facilities, which can be used by the residents of the holiday home. The holiday home has its own terrace. At the back of the property there are stables where several animals such as chickens, ducks, geese, dogs and horses are kept.
For children, there are various playground equipment such as a swing, slide and "playhouse".
Due to the location of the holiday home in a rural setting and directly on the edge of the forest, together with the beautiful garden and the hobby animal husbandry, a very idyllic overall impression is created.
For cyclists, there are storage facilities for bicycles.

The holiday home is located in Tunxdorf, a small suburb of Papenburg and therefore in a rural setting. The holiday home is on the edge of a forest and in the immediate vicinity of the Tunxdorfer Waldsee lake. The Papenburg Meyer Werft shipyard is about 4 km from the holiday home.
If you are travelling via the A 31 motorway, the best way to reach us is to take the "Rhede (Ems)" exit.
If you are travelling by train, we recommend the stations Aschendorf (only RE) or Papenburg (RE or IC).
Tunxdorf is a small rural suburb of Papenburg and has 166 inhabitants. Tunxdorf is home to the Tunxdorfer Waldsee lake, a bathing lake and a good place to go fishing. It is about 6 km from Tunxdorf to Papenburg town centre.
The town of Papenburg is the northernmost town in the district of Emsland, directly bordering the East Frisian district of Leer. It is about 15 kilometres from Papenburg to the Dutch border to the west. To the west of the town runs the Dortmund-Ems Canal and the Ems, which is largely tidal as far as Herbrum. The Küstenkanal runs south of the town. With its harbour, Papenburg is the southernmost seaport town in Germany.
