Cosy holiday home in a quiet location for up to 4 people.
In the holiday house there is 1 bedroom with double bed (1.40 x 2.00 m with 2 good quality mattresses of 70 cm each), 1 bedroom with bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), 1 room with sofa for reading and relaxing, 1 shower room, an open kitchen-cum-living room with (fridge/freezer, coffee machine, water, brand new cooker with ceramic hob since 4/2021), a dining area for 4 people and a cosy sitting area. The 55 sqm living area is heated with electric heaters and a fireplace.
On the 500 sqm large property children can play wonderfully. In the garden there is a rotary dryer and a table tennis table (2 rackets and 1 ball are ready for you). The terrace offers a beautiful view of nature and invites you to barbecue and sunbathe.

In the beautiful village of Schönhagen there is a bakery, a self-service market, a snack bar on the beach, a fish sandwich stand, a kebab snack bar, a kiosk, a crêpe stand and the Seestern Café with a view of the Baltic Sea. Schönhagen Castle, which dates back to the 17th century, also has a café
there is also a café. The bird sanctuary and Lake Schwansen lie along the steep coast, inviting visitors to go on cycling tours and walks. There is also a nudist beach at the extensive bathing beach (DRLG-guarded). There is also a volleyball and football field and a great playground on the beach. There is free Wi-Fi on the beach.
The holiday home in Schönhagen is located in a family-friendly, quiet village on the Baltic Sea, between Kappeln (7 km) and Eckernförde (25 km), in the northern Schleswig-Holstein (near the Schlei). The beach is only 350 m away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The beautiful steep coast of Schönhagen leads directly to the Baltic seaside resort of Damp

| The prices according to the price calculator are only valid for 4 persons. There is a visitor's tax. Per adult (from 18 years) 1,28€, children 0-11 years free and from 12 years 0,42€ per night. A reduction of the visitor's tax is granted in case of a severe handicap from 80 %. A deposit of 100 € is payable, which will be refunded after deduction of the electricity costs ( 0,36€/Kwh ). For bookings of less than 6 nights (please enquire), a short stay surcharge of 40 € will be levied. ATTENTION !!!!! For a 9 or 10-day booking in the period 15.9.-25.9. there is a 6% discount on the accommodation costs. |

Arrival and departure days can be chosen by arrangement. The keys are handed over personally at the holiday home by the landlady in compliance with the protection and hygiene measures (wearing medical mouth and nose protection and at least 1.50 m distance).
I have a protection and hygiene concept and you can rely on the fact that my holiday home is hygienically clean after the final cleaning and that all hygiene measures are observed. There is a disinfectant dispenser available in the holiday home
I am officially participating in the Model Project Ostseefjordschlei and have a Model Project Participant Seal. This entitles me to rent out from 19.4.2021.
The holiday home also has childproof locks for the sockets, fly screens in the bedrooms, bathroom and terrace, and blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
!!!! The Möller holiday home is situated directly next to the Ellgoth holiday home (object number 51373), so it is ideal if 2 families want to enjoy their holiday side by side

Irrespective of the general cancellation conditions, I can give you the following assurance for your booking of a stay up to and including November 2021:
Should it not be permitted to holiday in my holiday home on your travel date due to measures to contain the corona virus, then the booking will of course be cancelled and you will receive your payments already made back from me as the landlord. I will only retain 10€ as a handling fee.

Schönes Ferienhaus
We spent 2 wonderful weeks here; the house offers seating all around depending on the weather and mood and is nicely furnished. The location is great - very quiet, close to the Baltic Sea and cycling routes, as well as to Kappeln (30 min. by bike).
In terms of space, we would not recommend it for 4 adults, but with 2 small children, it is manageable. We were only two and had enough space accordingly.
One more note about the laundry situation. We have been vacationing in holiday homes or apartments for 20/30 years and usually did not need to bring bed linen or towels - and if we did, a laundry package was available for rent. Here you can only rent bed linen - so we were left without towels (bathroom and kitchen). Also, you need to bring/get wood and fire starters for the fireplace. We found this a bit disappointing. All in all, it worked for us.

Always great
We have been to this quaint holiday house several times already. It is always a pleasure to spend a few quiet days there. Very beautiful location, 3 sun terraces, very cozy. Very nice landlady. We will continue to spend our vacation here.

Simply beautiful!
We were given a beautiful, absolutely clean holiday home directly by the landlord. Very nice landlords, very beautiful location, very nice house. We also miss the beach within walking distance with white sand and crystal clear water. Many, many thanks for this wonderful holiday in your house.

Pure relaxation
Hello,
A wonderful holiday lies behind us. The holiday home is just great, lots of space. The cosy veranda invites you to breakfast and nice barbecue evenings, nothing is missing...
You can reach the beach in a few minutes and there are also plenty of excursion options in the area, there is something for everyone.
The landlords are very nice and always available by phone. We can only recommend the holiday home and will certainly book it again.
