Description
Our 65m² self catering holiday flat is spacious and bright. It is a newly renovated flat in a century old historic building, offering beautiful views of Cochem castle. With a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room it can sleep up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equiped with a dishwasher, cooker, oven and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and WC, hair dryer and towels and bedding are all included. We live just next door so are on hand during your stay for any problems or questions.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartment is just a one minute walk from the Moselle promenade and just an easy 15 minute walk from the town centre and 40 minutes up to the castle. Situated in a very quiet area of the town, all the practical ammenities are still only 1 minute away from the house, such as a supermarket, bakery and bike hire. Cochem is probably the most popular town along the Moselle river. The beautiful castle is well worth a visit, and the quaint town is full of picturesque half timbered buildings and lots of little shops and cafés offering delicious German cakes and coffee. You can also try wine tasting or ride up on the chair lift for a wonderful view of the town and valley. The Moselle countryside is perfect for walking, hiking and cycling. Or you can take the more relaxing option of a boat trip on the river. The swimming pool complex, and nearby golf resort and wildlife park mean the area has something to offer for everyone.
