Welcome to this wonderful holiday home. The cosy semi-detached house with 70 m² of living space is located in the Cochem holiday resort on the Moselle plateau above Ediger-Eller, surrounded by a golf course.
The holiday home was newly furnished in 2023 and offers you every comfort you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy a bath in the tub or the cosy warmth of the sauna.
With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional separate toilet, the holiday home offers enough space for 4 people.
The centre and meeting point is certainly the living room with fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle), dining room table and cosy sofa area with TV. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Further facilities include bed linen, towels, free WLAN, TV and a hairdryer. The holiday home is non-smoking, but you are welcome to smoke on the spacious terrace and in the garden. A car park is available for your vehicle.
The sunny house with terrace stands on a 230 m² plot. The garden borders directly on the golf course. From the terrace you can watch the golfers play hole 8 of the Eifel course.

Whether you want to spend a quiet holiday or take advantage of the golf courses - this holiday home offers you everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Location and surroundings of object
The Teetime Loch 8 holiday home on the hill above Cochem and Ediger-Eller is one of over 100 half-timbered houses in the Cochem holiday resort (operated by Roompot).
The holiday resort also has a restaurant with lounge, chill zone, terrace and playground. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee while the children play in the playground or enjoy dinner after a great day out.
Otherwise, there are many lovely cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area, for example in Ediger-Eller or Cochem, which will spoil you with culinary delights.
There is a small supermarket on the holiday park where you can also buy bread rolls for breakfast.
Alternatively, there is a Penny and Lidl supermarket in the village of Brauheck (3 km away) and a bakery and petrol station in the village of Faid (4.5 km away).
