Our luxury villa is situated on a 1500 sqm plot, which offers you absolute privacy and the most beautiful view. The view will take your breath away! If you look at our reviews, you will see that our guests have had an amazing experience with us.
This spacious and tastefully decorated villa with swimming pool is situated in a peaceful and natural setting, with magnificent views of the islands and the sea. Swimming pool is heated. Pool is heated in the pre/post season. We also have an outdoor barbecue. Parking is on the ground floor next to the house. Fitness and wellness (sauna) is in an air-conditioned room of 40 square metres with shower and toilet.
The modern villa was built in 2014 in Duce- Rogac, Dalmatia and is ideal for longer and relaxing stays. Duce-Rogac is centrally located in Dalmatia and is therefore a very good starting point to get to know this region. Villa Parsella is located near the small coastal town of Omis and the river Cetina (2.5km away), here you will find many sandy and pebble beaches, also many activities are offered, such as rafting, zip line, canyoning, canoeing, climbing, hiking and biking trails, water sports activities and of course many historical sights in the old town. You have possibilities to make a boat trip on the river Cetina or a boat trip to the island Barc, in the untouched nature. You can also enjoy & get to know our very warm and clean Adriatic Sea. The famous coastal town of Split is only half an hour's drive away (25km) and a "must" to visit, here you will find many historical sights and many restaurants & bars in the small streets. Visit our Villa Parsella and enjoy this Mediterranean atmosphere.
