Description

In the beautiful wooden house, up to 4 people can stay spread over 2 bedrooms.

Breakfast on the terrace with a view over the lake, boating, swimming, fishing, enjoying the afternoon coffee under rustling leaves all day long. In the evening a glass of wine on the jetty.

If you like that, then you've come to the right place!

The beautiful natural jetty only 50m from the property can be used for bathing , fishing or excursions by boat.

After an eventful day, you can make yourself comfortable at the barbecue area directly at the water and let your soul dangle.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located about 50 m from the Jabel lake at the end of a quiet lane and surrounded by meadow and smaller private properties. The municipality of Jabel in the Mecklenburg Lake District is about ten kilometres from Waren (Müritz). The very wooded area around Jabel encloses Lake Loppin and Lake Jabel, which are connected to the large lakes (Lake Kölpin and Lake Fleesen). Between Jabelschemsee and Kölpinsee is the Damerower Werder peninsula - a special conservation area where bison have lived in an outdoor enclosure since 1957. The western part of the municipality lies in the Nossentiner/Schwinzer Heide Nature Park.

The districts of Damerow and Loppin belong to Jabel.

nice holiday home - just not quite as quiet as advertised

The holiday home itself is beautiful. The furnishings are practical and sufficient. In my opinion, however, this holiday home is not fully suitable for seniors. Active and fit retirees should have no problem with the staircase in the house, which has no handrail and in my opinion is somewhat steep.

The view of the lake from the terrace is very beautiful.

It should be mentioned that the landlords live on the property. Not far from the terrace is the landlord's workshop, where he occasionally works during the day (welding, grinding).

Immediately next to the property, there is a path to a guest boat dock. There are only a few meters between the private boat dock and the boat landing stage, which is why undisturbed fishing is not quite possible, especially during the day. In the evening, some guests of the nearby restaurant visit the boat dock, so unfortunately you are also not completely undisturbed in the evenings.

This accommodation is absolutely suitable for excursions. The Wisentgehege and the Fischerhof in Dammerow are not far away. Waren (Müritz) is also just under 10 km away, and with some luck, you can find a parking space there and visit the city and take a boat trip.

All in all, the holiday home is very nice. However, people who are looking for absolute peace and the associated relaxation will unfortunately be somewhat disappointed here.
